Nice place.

As soon as we checked in daughter pulled back sheets like we always do, to our surprise bugs! Received a new room but did not sleep well at all.

The TV had no volume. Could have been cleaner. But it served its purpose for one night.

Room stunk like mold . AC only goes dwn to 68 wont stay in a hotel that controls how comfortable I can be.

Updating needs to be done in several areas. In our room the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall. But overall the location needed to be painted and cleaned in the elevator and better food for the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was terrible.

I couldn't eat breakfast. I looked up and the 3 light fixtures were soo full of dust I walked away. The carpet outside the elevator on 3rd floor was filthy. The room I think they took the legs off the chair. I actually fell into it. not good. fitness center could not be accessed at 6:30 am. with my room key.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t bad.

A little on the minimal side, but ok.

I turned on AC hoping the smell will eventually go away then went to restroom and saw black mildew around the tub and saw paint peeling off the sink like they tried to restore the porcelain sink. I wasn't very pleased considering we paid 160.00 a night. Its a shame how they make it look like a well kept and updated place online. Maybe some other rooms are but I will say room 110 has not been updated in 10 yrs or so. Bed was okay and pillows are way to thick and will not compact down when you put your head in it. Several times doing the night I had to remove the pill and lay my head flat because I could feel my neck was getting in a bind. Breakfast was fair. Eggs were powder eggs, pan sausage under cooked and not sure if they were real bacon or what but extremely thin and under cooked as well. Probably wont be back as we come every month or so to visit my 84 yr old mother in corsicana. I did not think to take photos but next time I will if I come across this again.

Hotel not kept up! Staff was excellent. Bathroom had rust and a wobbly vase and toilet.

I stay here at least 3 times a week. Nice clean facility! Friendly staff!

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool, only to find out after arriving that it was out of service. There was no notification before check-in, which is completely unacceptable. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked the manager if we could check out early due to the pool being closed and the condition of the hotel, she was rude and dismissive rather than trying to find a solution. Between the moldy odor, unclean conditions, broken amenities, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Clean room for the price. Staff were helpful.

Convenient Nothing

The front desk receptionist was awesome. She handled all of my requests promptly and with a smile, She is a very valuable employee to have on your staff. She made the stay pleasant.

Location was ok, but wouldn’t stay again, was not a good value, beds could be replaced.

Not a bad place to stay .
