The pool needs to be looked st, water looks a little opaque, “cloudy”.

Check in was fast and the staff were very friendly!

I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 3 HOURS HOME EVERY DAY THEN STAY HERE AGAIN.

Mildew smell on 3rd floor, carpet was wet in the room, ceiling was obviously leaking. Shower was filthy.

This hotel was OK. The main halls smelled VERY musty. It did have everything we needed for one night.

Although the staff were nice, this hotel needs to get rid of the mildew smell, pull up rugs especially ones tore by dogs and decide if the jacuzzi is to be used or not. he manager told me the Jacuzzi was not working because it was too expensive to pay the maintenance; however, people were in it and it was running; makes me wonder about appropriate chlorine level. Also, the staff German Shephard is not friendly to dogs; aggressively barked every time we walked by which was a major sensory overload. I love animals but please consider the impact of large dogs barking aggressively at others walking their animals thru the lobby. Can you place him/her elsewhere like in your office until after 11:00pm. Lastly, please purchase better tasting coffee. I can't believe I had to pay the cost of this hotel, with the maintenance needed etc., including extra fees for early check-in and my pet. Thank goodness your staff were professional.

They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a great nights sleep and had a great breakfast.

Minimal breakfast and wouldn't refill it cause it was twenty minutes from closing. Things falling apart in the room. Bed spread was dirty not sure what was on it. Tile. Pieces in the bathroom broke and coming off the wall. Shower water never got hot. All around bad stay

As soon as we walked into the room we saw massive white stains on the top cover and while we were there had a big roach crawl over the tv. The carpet in the room in some areas were sticky.

The lady at check in was great super nice. I booked this motel because they had an indoor pool well when we went to the pool it said it closed at 10. While my son was swimming all the lights shut off at 9:45. J asked the lady at the front & she said the shut off when the pool closes and they didn’t have a way to turn them on. She was nice about it but it was a bummer my son couldn’t swim. Then the next morning we went to breakfast the pancake maker didn’t work & the front desk didn’t know how to fix it so my son decided to have cereal. Well my son made a bowl & went to get milk but nothing came out so I asked her for more milk & she informed me they have been out but no one has purchased anymore. I was blown away. Why did I pay extra for a room to swim & have breakfast & we didn’t get either. I was very disappointed.

A pleasant stay.

When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk. It took someone over 10 minutes to come out of the managers office where I was yelling Hello very loudly. There was dog hair everywhere downstairs in the lobby and there was a stench throughout the whole building. I personally will not be staying here again. As well I went to check out the next morning and once again there was nobody at the front desk, even after I went to go put my things in my vehicle and came back-Nobody was at the desk and the bell they have up there, nobody responds to.

None of the ice machines work!!

The bed and room were comfortable, we requested a room that had never had pets in it due to allergies. If you need a place for your pets this is it, we however do not travel with our pets. I requested a pet free room and they accomodated happily. The problem is you walk in the door to the strong odor of dog urine, which is worse in the lobby but pervades thru the hallways to the second floor. That makes the free breakfast in the lobby unappetizing. I would not choose this option again.
