I didn't run out of hot water. Close to downtown The rooms are getting worn out I've stayed at least twice a year needs work

Parking worked for me Constant smell of marijuana, blood spots on ceiling, passenger vans overloaded with people showing up in the middle of the night ( possible human trafficking) need I go on?

Housekeeping was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

Vanity light was missing from the top of the bathroom counter. Mirror had a light all the way around it, but where the vanity light was removed the wall had not yet been repaired. TV remote control stopped working. Went to do the breakfast and there were only muffins, juice and coffee. I was expecting yogurt, toast, and a few other things.

The room was clean

Decent place to stay for a night. 2 if you need to but will be gone most of the day. Lots of highway noise on the one side. I don't like that I received a text to check in so i did all of what it asked including sending a pic of photo ID but when came to check in had to do all of that and give my ID. Don't like that I received a text In morning asking when we were leaving and i said 11 and at 930 they knocked to come clean asking when we were leaving. Then again a few minutes later they tried to open the door. Why bother wasting time sending texts if not going to look at them.

Calling it “breakfast” is honestly a joke. There was barely anything available, and not even basic coffee. I’ve seen better options at gas stations. Completely misleading and unacceptable. The environment around the rooms was even worse. People were constantly smoking right outside, and there were random guys standing around shirtless, staring at guests. To make things worse, there is zero soundproofing. You can hear every single conversation, noise, and movement from other rooms. Forget about getting any kind of rest. This place is poorly maintained, badly managed, and not worth a single dollar. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to completely ruin your stay.

The access to and from the property to the highway. The aesthetics of the facility were definitely not the best. Also, the staff were not the most helpful, quite rude and very inconsiderate.

I did not stay at Super 8. I was informed a double queen, non-smoking room I reserved well in advance was not available as the people who where in it choose to stay, therefore making my/a room unavailable. I was offered a king room and I said that was not possible, since specifying a double queen was needed. As I booked through Expedia, obtaining a refund from hotel was almost impossible as it was listed as non-refundable. I informed Expedia the situation about informing the hotel of being unable to take the king and they had not kept my reserved room or a similiar room, it not being my error. I was informed the issue was resolved so I hope to see the refund in my account.
