The room was very clean, however I had to ask the front desk for towels. I should have also asked for toilet paper. We had less than a 1/4 which was carefully folded very nicely, but there was no replacement roll. The A/C worked well, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet.

We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The property appeared to be newly opened, and we may have been among its first guests. Everything was extremely clean, modern, stylish, and well maintained. The room felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the entire place had a fresh, upscale atmosphere. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Modern facilities, good service and great location

Would suggest a detachable shower head - magnetized - for such a large shower. My daughter requires a shower bench and a detachable shower head lets her decide how long the shower spray hits her head. Even though walls seem thin - our neighbors created some noise late at night that sounded like dropping large objects - the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious enough for two and we slept pretty well. Glad I found the Evergreen on Expedia.

It was a very clean place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great! I would stay there again!

Loved the free bubbly water dispenser! Super easy check in and check out - nice, safe neighborhood - exactly what we were looking for and the price was right.

Super clean room and property! Beds were comfy and it was a great spot overall. I’d definitely stay there again.

Clean room, easy access to the freeway, nice location. Will definitely be back if we drive down the state again!

We appreciated our stay overnight at the Evergreen. Ease of parking, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room and kind front desk attendant were highlights.

Small complex. Nice updates. Cleaning could use more detail. Beds are just okay. Front desk nice and the fancy coffee is nice (if you drink). Location is fair. Quiet area. This is a place for strictly sleeping only. Adding a continental breakfast would boost its appeal. Close to shopping and food.

This place was a gem and great alike for the price. I definitely recommend it. It’s walking distance to an outside mall with restaurants and shops

The stay was exceptional. A new tech amenities. 10 ft ceilings. Suppppper CLEAN!
-
Clean and quiet despite close proximity to freeway. Main reception area locks overnight so no access to amenities ( sparkling water, etc) after hours. NO CLOSETS… so be prepared to be wrinkled

Easy parking.

Clean room, good for what we needed for the weekend. Close to Sausalito and Tiburon. Walls are paper thin.

Close to SF. Clean. Bed comfortable. Parking great. AC great. Quiet. In our room the shower door did not close. Not a biggie. Would stay again.

Enjoyed the location, close to all of the activities we had for the week. Rooms were spacious and clean, although it did have an interesting smell and the neighboring rooms were a bit noisy. Loved the open free parking and the check in and out process was fast and easy. Would recommend :)

The shower head did not work properly. It would not adjust and when I tried to improve the flow it stopped completely. Oh well. So it goes.

Walls are very thin. Light comes through the bottom of the door from outside. Tho it was not the staffs fault but due to thin walls I was woken up at 5am from the neighbor talking on speaking phone for about an hour. Other than that very clean place.
