room walls are thin, I could hear the TV from 2 rooms down. hallway carpets are not in best shape. shower curtain smelled unpleasant. if you are picky, not the place to stay. otherwise, it's ok. bed was good, I slept or I was very tired.
-
Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. My room was near lobby and rather noisy. Continental breakfast was lacking.

The price was good. The staff was courteous. The lobby was well done and inviting. Our room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The chair in our room could stand a deep cleaning. The outside grounds need some serious TLC and the stairwells could use some vacuuming. The hallways were clean. There are no elevators and you have to go down stairs to get to bottom level and then back upstairs to 2nd and 3rd floor. Not a drawback for most but hard for elderly and impossible for handicapped. We did not try the breakfast but it looked like a basic continental breakfast and the area looked clean. Overall we would recommend and would stay there again.

The breakfast was okay. It was pretty basic, but there was a waffle maker. There just weren't too many other options apart from cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, and one kind of muffin. I believe it's a standard continental breakfast with the added waffle perk. My only issues were the size of the room--a bit smaller than I prefer--and the overall condition of things. You can tell this is an older hotel that has been updated somewhat recently, but some of the updates are starting to wear out. Would I stay here again? I would hesitate to say "yes." The room served its purpose, but I have stayed in other Cortez places that I enjoyed more.

The hotel amenities are decent, yet I ran into an annoying neighbour in the next‑door room. He played Indian music loudly late at midnight and kept slamming the door at five for two early morning in a row. I haven’t had a proper rest for two consecutive days. It is terrible
-
Property very dirty. Room was ok but noisy. Breakfast was lacking any type of healthy options. Front desk person did not know anything about area.
-
clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. A/C OK though slightly noisy. Very basic breakfast available until 9am.
-
Some signs of neglect & disrepair in the rooms. Wouldn't choose again unless was the only available room
-
Sink was not working
-
Find the front desk staff could be more people friendly than they really are. Also in the breakfast room the garbage was over flowing and no one was in attendance to deal with that
-
Everything was good. Conveniently located. And the guy at the front desk was pretty nice especially since I had to get like seven keys from him because I kept locking myself out of the room 😂
-
It sucked. No hot water was a bonus.
-
Easy parking, clean room, easy walk to a brewery.

Everything was great, except for a few things I wasn't happy about, first I'm currently using a cane to get around and the Super 8 we stayed at has I believe 4 floors and NO elevators so we had to get ground floor room, which still has four/five steps to get to the floor level, second, there were no coffee/tea maker in the room, I like to drink hot tea before bed, other then that the room, staff were great.

- Duct tape covering the door lock. - No smoke alarm in the room, creating a significant safety hazard. - A towel stuffed into the wall to hold the air conditioner in place. - Hair on the pillows. - Toilet paper stuffed into the peephole. - Gum stuck behind the bed. - A broken bed frame with exposed pieces protruding from the frame, creating a risk of injury. - Toilet paper scattered on the floor. - Filthy floors that had clearly not been properly cleaned. These conditions were unacceptable from both a cleanliness and safety standpoint. This was not simply a room that failed to meet my expectations—it was a room that should never have been rented to any guest.

Room was comfortable and clean. No problems.

I showed up from driving 18 hours and ready to check into my room that I already booked. I showed up at 1240am and waited til 130am for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in....the guy wasn't at the property and had another guy had to call him to come check me in....worst hotel ever.....beds were like rocks bathroom was so small and just nasty looking....do not come to this place...worst service and the food looked old....

Nice lobby
-
Better than I expected for a super 8. Nice bed, nice room.

The room was VERY dirty. The floor was gross. The lamps and tables were all covered in dust. I shouldn’t have to clean a hotel room before staying. The hallways & staircase had not been vacuumed in a while. The staff at the front desk when checking in seemed fine, but the staff when checking out was rude,
