We stayed in the handicapped room. Would have been nice if the A/C didn't sound like a jackhammer. only saving grace was that at 8000 feet we were able to turn it off and leave the windows open. we left at 4am.

The lady that did breakfast on Sunday was atrocious. My husband said good morning to her and she just snarled and grunted. There was a construction worker that had been staying there and told him she was there last week too and treated them all the same way. The breakfast was almost cold and she didn’t even put out the waffle mix. It’s a shame to have a dark cloud in an otherwise really great environment. The area was really nice. There were plenty of food options and the park we walked to was lovely. We chose the place because it allowed dogs. We would stay there again even if the dogs weren’t traveling with us. Thank you Pam for starting our trip off in such a lovely way.

The staff was great, breakfast was delicious!

Cleanliness is the most I portent thing to me. When we checked in, there were wooded up tissues on the floor near the bed, and the table near the coffee pot had a sticky substance. That alone is not okay for me, but I kindly asked the attendant the next morning to please clean those spaces up. When we returned to our room that evening, both things were still there. The last day the finally cleaned it. The breakfast is subpar. I realize it’s a budget friendly hotel, but I ended up throwing away almost everything I tried. I’ve stayed in MANY hotels of similar expectations and the breakfast has always been edible. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

It is an older hotel. Clean, great helpful staff, nice place for our last minute decision to stay there

The hotel lobby was unclean and had an unpleasant odor. Parking was inadequate and congested by heavy-duty trucks. The property appears to cater primarily to long-term workers in the area, which did not create a welcoming atmosphere for families.

The lady at the front desk was way above accommodating to us!
-
Breakfast didn’t have coffee and they were out of eggs and various options!
-
Older hotel. But remodeled and clean.

Location.

Pat at the front desk was so amazing and helpful! She made the experience even better with her positive attitude and willingness to help!
-
A/C unit is loud.
-
Older building but clean and well taken care of. Don’t let the outside scare you away.
-
A little confusing when arriving. The office is in the Suburban Hotel lobby,
-
The stuff didn’t look too happy to help at the breakfast area. The carpet at the entrance at the second floor was too dirty.

PROS-- outweighed the cons. Really comfortable mattress! Very clean and mostly well maintained. Helpful staff, used the late check in kiosk which was a bit confusing having never used one before but the live person was also kind, patient and helpful. Only hotel we've been to in years that actually supplied enough towels and washcloths for everyone without having to ask! Did not check out the breakfast. Would stay again!

It was a very clean room, The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location, the lack of parking, having to check in at an kiosk, which took about a half hour. I have never stayed at place like this and I never will again.

I showed up and checked in and the first night was OK. There were weird stains on the shower curtain. And a stain on the wall that looked like either blood or poop. The second night our AC unit caught on fire and a part started melting internally. My husband and I were woken up by the carbon monoxide alarm going off. We tried to call the front desk, but no one was on site and the person who answered was unhelpful. Initially, they said they were gonna have someone come and look at it and just stay put in the smoke field room. We waited about 10 minutes and no one came so we went to the front desk and realized that there was no one on site and no night audit. So we called back and informed them that we did not feel safe staying in the room. They said there were no other rooms to give us and we asked them if we should call the fire department or if they could call the fire department for us. They said they would not be doing that. We hung up called the nonemergency line in the fire department came. They said that calling them was the right thing to do and they identified a piece inside of the AC unit that had caught fire and was burning and melted. They also vented out the room. I called Expedia and they were super helpful, but they said they couldn’t offer me a refund because I paid directly with the hotel. We checked out the next day at the hotel because we did not feel safe staying there another night and we were only offered a partial refund. Breakfast late both days also.

Our room was in a separate section of the hotel, in a back lot away from the office.
