It was a room with continental breakfast and was pet friendly. Overall everything was fine nothing was stand out.
-
Your staff member, was so excellent. She was kind and understanding and was able to help us with our card key and moved us to another room when the problem with the TV could not be resolved.

Convenient
-
The Hotel staff was 5 stars everytime I needed anything.
-
Currently under construction/remodel. It should be very nice when complete.
-
Definitely the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel!!! I was on the bottom floor in room 118, the floor above us SQUEAKED terrible every time someone walked on it!!!! That lasted till way passed 1:00 am. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! And for the cost you expect better!

No parking as advertised. Couldn’t eve stay had to drive to another town. No refund option.
-
They have had a sign up saying they're remodeling for over a year. The bathroom floor was dirty and the lobby area was extremely hot
-
The room was clean and staff was friendly. The hot tub was low and not vary hot
-
This a great place to st a y and enjoy a relaxing time with a great restaurant just next door. Quiet, relaxing and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone.
-
The place is going through remodeling. Quite a mess. The breakfast was good but the room was extremely crowded. The staff were very helpful , though.
-
It’s close to Dennys and Walmart
-
Staff was super friendly and provided good information. it is a bit of an old and tired hotel but i know they are working on it.

Close to Mesa Verde- but the location is under construction. Because of the construction- we had to take the stairs to and from our second floor room. Our key cards never worked for more than a couple of hours, so we kept on having to get more cards. The breakfast was rather disappointing as well. The pool was cloudy and was disappointing- our key cards never also never opened the pool and someone always had to let us in. I am not sure I would stay here again. As above

In the middle of a major renovation, but the staff are doing everything they can to make it work.
-
It is understandable that the facility is in a transition with the renovation, so it will be better in the future.
-
Apart from this there were other issues that were not caused by the renovation work. 1. The breakfast choice was limited, some items were not available. 2. The staff were very slow to replenish items on the breakfast buffet even after asking. 3. The spa did not work. 4. House keeping was very late in the day, after 4pm. 5. Contractors were sitting around reception in their dirty clothes. 6. Contractors were sitting having breakfast in the dining area before 9.30am. This area should be reserved for guests. 7. The corridors were in a very dirty state.
-
The rooms are very dated and run down. This doesn't usually bother me, but it was a very disappointing experience for the end of our trip. This is not a $200 a night room. They should have shut down and done the renovations the right way.
-
I’ve now learned to call ahead to the hotel and see how massive the renovations are. This one was huge. No working elevator. Construction noise and Mexican music blaring from the radio all day. One stairway at the extreme end where you had to travel past carpet that must have been soaked in urine. I no longer hold holiday inn express as a hotel that will always meet certain standards. Generally old and run down. There are signs of old leaks around from the roof so that most likely means hidden mold. Renovation was long over due but it’s apparent the contractor is running the show instead of isolated areas of remodeling. It’s scattered throughout the facility.

Under renovation while we were there, it will be nicely updated. Workers were respectful of guests.
