We stay in many Hampton Inns and this was one of the nicest in a long time. Very clean, well-maintained, and my kids loved the afternoon cookies. The location was perfect for visiting MVNP.

Wonderful staff, great rooms although hallway is a little warm for my liking, the rest of my family had no complaints. Pool/hot tub could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise can’t say enough good about this place. Cookies at check in as well as complimentary water and grab and go breakfast bags were a very lovely added touch. Coffee bar in main area was amazing!

Your green Chile Verde is amazing. I wish it still came with warmed tortillas. We always tipped the tortilla lady!

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfortable! The location was great for us as we were there to go to Mesa Verde. Would would definitely recommend!

Staff was so helpful at check-in; offered great dining recommendations and alerted us to all the times for all amenities. The room was clean. Parking was great. Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. Highly recommend to other travelers. We will definitely be back!

This is an ok hotel. It was fairly clean. The pool was quite small and filled with screaming kids. The breakfast was typical hotel food.

The property was in great condition. It appeared to be no more than a few years old when in fact it's probably 15-20 years old. I was told it was the newest hotel in Cortez. The double-queen room we stayed in was fantastic. None of that crusty carpet, it was hardwood. It was clean and the kitchen area near the door had larger countertops. The hotel location was excellent if you need restaurants and stores nearby to run to. The pool was good. My family always books a hotel with pools. The only issue was the coffee was poor LOL. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and will book the same style room.

Katrina at front desk was exceptional, Ida in housekeeping was fantastic. Rooms still need door sweeps to minimize light from hall coming into room for light sleepers. Here is the disappointing part, I was awakened by large barking dog on hall at 10:30 pm and 6:30am, thoughtless pet owner. Not the fault of the property BUT maybe they should keep travelers with pets in one area of the building. 4-stars, not 5 this time
