Water in the pool green , room has a bad odor.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean, that’s all we were looking for. Ned’s a little soft, but only for me (back issues), all else great. Nice and quiet too…friendly check in person.

We were on a long road trip, and this was actually one of our top stays. Our kids loved the pool. The suite layout is great for families. The views are gorgeous. 10/10 would stay here again.

Pleasant cleaning staff.

Great convenient location as a base to see either 4 corners or Mesa Verde. Simple breakfast was available & pricing was fair

The room was clean and spacious and the AC was very cold. The pool area could have been better maintained but it was clean and it was big. The small, 1 ft kiddie pool was a nice surprise for our toddler. Breakfast was great. Nice staff. Good location.

We got to our room late at night & very tired. Room SMALL - maybe 10x18. Could barely turn around in the bathroom. Toilet was leveled with a piece of cardboard & toilet seat was broken. Bottom sheet was soiled & blanket had food adhered to it. Luckily we had our own linens in our car. Sheer curtains were torn. Reported to hotel staff upon checkout & they stated they'd make sure clean linens were put on the bed. Would not recommend.

5 stars and more for the wonderful woman running the breakfast room. She not only had everything running smoothly but when our 10 year old grandson made a mess she was so kind and empathetic in resolving the problem. You are very fortunate to have such a fine employee!!!

Location and competitive pricing are the strengths for this location. The room was fine, although the AC was right next to the bed and was quite noisy. The room was clean and comfortable and certainly met our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Budget hotel. Clean rooms. Not perfect….Cracked tiles, broken trim, dirty silicone in the shower. At almost $400 for two nights, I feel it should have been better. Comfortable beds though.

Only plus was the helpful and polite gentlemen working the front desk!

Room size was good for our family. Pool was nice and breakfast was good.

The hotel was busy, crowded, fairly rowdy bunch staying there. No elevator. Sorta run-down, dumpy, slightly scuzzy place. It’s passable if you just need a quick sleep. Room was fine, clean, no problems. Breakfast was the worst part. No hot food, just cereal, bagels, waffles, pastries, hard boiled eggs. It was really crowded because they need a bigger breakfast room for the size hotel it is. Staff were all very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and clearly take pride in their work. The room was clean and they let my dog stay which can be hard to find. Price was reasonable and location was convenient.
-
Clean rooms, mediocre breakfast. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub, but I didn’t see anyone using it. I would stay here again.

The keys to room would not work each night
