Suburban Studios near Mesa Verde

Nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff

Somewhat dated but clean except for the floors. Room was quiet. Mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, as well as cold options. Front desk staff was very friendly. I dislike how they "cover" the duvet with a bottom sheet and top blanket wrapped around it. I never know if those duvets ever get cleaned.

Main door had 1/2 inch off ground, no door padding. So little spiders could come through, bathroom was great, just needs update on bath wall surface, ventilation. Thier was a window but creepy back area.

It was fairly cheap for the area (Cortex, CO). It is an older hotel purchased by Quality Inn (which is right next door) refurbished as an extended stay hotel. It has relatively new floors, paint, etc., like a cheap "house flip." The beds have flat metal spring bed base which squeaked every time I moved. The whole place has a low quality feel, but it was clean and serviceable. Overall, I got what I paid for. Also, at night you have to use a kiosk to check in via video with an agent (see photo)

The air quality in the room was poor, and there was a persistent weird smell. The room was surface level clean but could use a thorough cleaning.

Close to Mesa Verde park. Room smelled like sewage. Beds were uncomfortable. There were a number of men staying at the hotel that were drinking in the parking lot. When I told the person at the front desk about the smell she said "ok"

Beds are very comfortable. And it was quiet. The food had too much carbs and sugar.

Needs a lot of repair on the outside. Unattractive and crumbling.

It was extended stay which meant no maid service. Room was clean when we came but it would be nice to have clean towels more often than once a week.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff showed a thoughtful and individual approach, and the check-in process was handled very smoothly and kindly. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from the beginning. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Room is huge, basically a small apt. Staff was super. Free breakfast was better than most motel breakfasts. Would stay there again.

This picture is very deceiving. The room might have been renovated, still felt shady. Wish I would have taken a picture of the location and outside. We did not stay after we checked out the room. We always give the hotels a benefit of doubt if they don’t look good from the outside. However, this place from the pictures you think your getting a safe place. My family and I did not get that feeling at all. Our door did not have a deadbolt and looked as if it had been taken off a few times. Not a warm and cozy we requested a refund and still have not heard back from the property. We found another place to stay. Would not recommend.

The door looks like a part of it was gauged out. The picture looked so upscale compared to what we had.

The staff was fantastic Whoa, it was a bit sketchy and grateful it was a quick night … only needed a place to sleep. But for the price on a holiday weekend… it was the best I could find

Nice large spacious rooms. Pretty clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was good, they switched menu daily. I just wish there was a grassy area for the dogs.
