Excellent stay in a quiet part of down town, within walking distance to local shops and eateries! Hotel had a modern, moody vibe, beautiful, comfortable stay!

We felt that the price was of the hotel was extremely high and the room and dining amenities were very skimpy such as not enough towels in room for all guests, not enough cups for each guest, no breakfast provided, small pool, small luggage carts, etc. We were provided towels and cups upon request, but for the price of the room we should have been able to enjoy our room without running down basic supplies. We could not hook up to the internet and could not even "join" the member site. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower had moldy caulking and needs to be refreshed. Extra bathmats would be better for the ADA shower bathroom as the shower wets the floor and creates a slippery safety concern. The staff were friendly, but again not overly helpful in providing service, especially in the very expensive bistro. I will be reluctant to choose a Marriott in the future.

Parking is great. Just hope a buffet type of breakfast is included since it’ll save us more time by eating in the hotel. They do provide paid breakfast but don’t want to waste time to choose which meal to eat.

The property seemed very worn and the staff was not very friendly or accommodating. They do not like to help Expedia clients. Our flight was canceled and rebooked the next day with no problems. We called our car rental and the hotel to let them know of the delay but Marriott ended up canceling our entire reservation because we didn’t check in the first night. They said their system automatically does this and couldn’t help us. They never mentioned that this would occur. It took 45 minutes for Expedia to fix the situation. We didn’t get checked in until midnight. Marriott was more than happy to take our money for a new booking and not help with the one they took from us!
