Rude service, dirty rooms so disappointing

The guest laundry is out of order. The ice machine produces no ice. (And it's 90 outside!) The offer of a hairdryer upon request is not valid. The sink produces only HOT water . . . nothing even resembling normal tap water temperature, and it drips constantly. I measured an entire cup filling in less than 10 minutes. That's gallons every day! And the 1/2 oz bottle of shampoo was more than half empty.

Very basic accommodation but it was clean. No coffee facility in the room and nothing close by to get coffee if you were up early.

Room beds were dirty upon arrival. place looked a lot better in pictures. smelt like cigarettes all through the building. terrible neighbors. the office guy and housekeeping was amazing. switched bedding immediately after i requested it. office guy super nice and made sure the 2 rooms i used were next to each other. just a bit cleaner, and more strict on noisy guests and it would be 5 stars. definitely recommend looking around before booking here. this is last resort type hotel.

Got an extra blanket and pillow right away when I asked

The chain was missing from the door, so we felt less than secure. The fan in the bathroom screeched loudly.

Room was very hot. Air conditioner was not on and it took about 8 hours to get to an appropriate temperature.

Toilet was so low to ground it was like I was doing a #2 in a third world country that do their business in a hole in the ground.

Other occupants are sometimes loud and unruly, but the owner is always certain to separate my room from those.

It was semi affordable. The rooms were clean and the staff were accommodating. There was not much for amenities. The rooms are very dated the outside of the building was very dirty. The back side of the building was very creepy with homeless folks all around and was were GPS takes you.

The room is a bargain price and clean and comfortable for a bargain price

The guy at the desk was very nice, pleasant to deal with. The property was very outdated. Outside was fairly good. Beds were descent. Toilet was loose on the floor. Bedding had holes in it. Musty smelling. Property seems like it has not been updated in a very long time. OK place to get a night's sleep. Neighborhood is so so. I would not stay again.

My room was dirty and smelt like dogs. There was a overflowing cup of hot chocolate in the microwave and half empty bottles of mouthwash on the counter. Great location and close to dining and events but you leave feeling gross. I will not stay there again!

It just wasn’t what the pictures advertised.

The faucet in the sink was almost impossible to turn on. The tub would not drain. The toilet is not firm on the floor. The curtains are frayed with threads hanging. Windows dirty. We were overcharged for needing the ground floor. The fridge froze food.

I frequently stay here. The fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, TV, heater/AC, and shower, and clean room make it a delightful place to stay. The low price this time was a welcome relief, considering the recurring cost of travel to and from California. The room was clean. Located near the Williamette river where a lot of homeless hang out, so be aware of your surroundings. That's the only downside, but that's Corvallis. It reminds me to appreciate having a job and a roof over my head.

Rooms are outdated but not too bad for a quick stop passing through.
