The Holiday Inn Express is my go to place when I need to return to Corvallis. The staff, the room, cookies! Breakfast. I lived in Corvallis for 30 years while working at HP. Staying at your hotel is like coming home for me.

Clean room, great location to walk by the river then we walked to the farmers market. Staff was nice and helpful. For breakfast they actually had individually wrapped gluten free muffins! It was a first for us. My son has Celiac and it can be challenging to find that isn't cross contaminated. I will definitely stay here again.

Many wonderful things about this hotel unfortunately, the most important thing to me was the swimming pool and it was freezing all week long despite several complaints. I wanted to stay in Monmouth where family was but no hotels there have pools so I booked holiday in express for the indoor pool. I have a lovely view at home and cook amazing breakfast. When I go on vacation, I want a pool I can swim in, which I do not have at home. The water was uninviting and too cold to get into for relaxing. I think a hotel should have to post on their website what temperature they keep the pool at. We had booked 7 nights and would have cancelled but I had prepaid through Expedia so this was not possible. For this reason, I suggest not using a third party to book hotels when they do not allow you to cancel even after finding after arrival it does not meet your needs.

river view was very nice. Breakfast was good. AC was difficult to manage. Thermostat fan setting was confusing. musty smell and we asked to change rooms, which your polite and helpful staff accommodated us with.
