The lobby and outdoor facilities seemed clean and nice enough. The room itself was dirty and in disrepair. The glass table was broken and held together with tape, the toilet paper was mounted at literally ankle height, and there was still old food in the microwave from the previous guests. There was a surprise hold on my card for damages that Booking didn't warn me of.

I liked the price! not much to it, the bed was a bit saggy but manageable, breakfast was included, food was adequate, everything was as expected. I ended up rebooking twice so it must have been good enough

Checked out within 30 minutes of checking in It was dirty, broken appliances, stains on furniture, cords hanging from the TV to turn it on, bathroom was stained and looked like mold. Carpet was gross.

Nothing. The room was dirty and had broken things inside it and other residents where rude, loud and made the stay absolutely awful.

It’s an older, somewhat rundown place, but the rooms are big and comfy. Also, a good value for the area. Just feels old and rundown. And the parking lot is in need of resurfacing. Definitely due for a major makeover, but that would also raise prices. So you get what you pay for.
