And the mini fridge in the room wasn’t working

Loved having the easy to get to coffee shop downstairs. The room was a typical hotel room, but the rest of the hotel was really nice with a great pool. We had our high school reunion downstairs in one of the “Bristol” rooms and the venue was super nice.

Great location for PGF. carpet in rooms make it seem older. Big rooms

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are pretty comfy if you like softer ones.

Room service was swift and staff were great.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The staff was wonderful- especially the bellhops! Only minor issue was with the air conditioning- It was on full blast and couldn't be turned down. But as hot as it was we were happy to have a working ac! Loved the breakfast in the morning- one less thing to worry about.

I expect hotel rooms, especially the bed linens, to be thoroughly cleaned and checked before each guest arrives. In addition, the bathtub was very old, stained, and discolored, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Overall, this experience made me question the hotel’s housekeeping and maintenance standards. I hope they improve their cleaning and room upkeep to provide a better experience for future guests.

All the staff seem nice. The only thing was disappointing was that parking was 45.00 a night and when i booked the room it didn’t give an amount. I found out at check in and i was shocked and the guy checking me in wanted to know if I wanted to continue and I told him i had no choice. I would have stayed where parking was cheaper are even free.

Hotel was great . Employees very helpful . Would def recommend and stay there again

Great lobby bar. Manager was top notch. We watched the World Cup games there and had a good time. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The room had a wear smell when web got there

This was an ok stay. Our room on the second floor smelt of mildew and mold. The hallways were not properly cooled which created a very humid and hot environment. The beds were comfortable but the cleanliness was lacking. It's a dated property that needs an overhaul in updates. We did appreciate the small touches and friendliness of staff. Also, the shuttle service was nice for the commute to the airport. However paying 45 dollars a day is a little steep especially in this economy.

Clean room and front desk staff very good. But parking in the garage was horrendous.

It was not similar as described into website. Not hot water available easy for guests, TC remote was not working well, they declined my booked breakfast on reservation and passed me to talk to Hotel.com agent and they did as well.

Fantastic location, beautiful surrounding, and covinience.

We had several issues with the thermostat either to cold or to hot leading to very poor sleep. They moved us to a new room but we had the same problems. Their engineers had to play with the valve or switches and it still did not work right. So we had a tough night sleep and thats we came to use the facilities. Now the good news by expressing our issues Hilton was apologetic and really made things right by issuing a refund for partial stay and more. Apparently a/c heating issues are a major problem with the hotel. Its a shame since its such a beautiful property. Kudos to Hilton management for trying to make things right. If you have issues say something. BTW Parking is $18 next door as opposed to the $40 Hilton wants to charge.

There was a slight issue at check-in with the property being oversold. Twice they delayed my check-in and at 6p I spoke to the front desk manager and she was very helpful and assertive and recovered the situation, as she should, and made it right for me. As a former hospitality executive, I would suggest you have a "customer centric" recovery plan to reassign guests to other hotels when you are over-sold. It happens and when it does, it is always the execution that guests care about and the empathy shown by your team that helps the guest recover and remain brand loyal in the future.

Room was hot and stuffy, there’s also a parking fee of $45 but had to drive around the garage multiple times to find parking. Do not recommend for the price.
