There was one problem. I moved two times to different rooms because of secondhand vape and marijuana smoke. Guest of the hotel that smoke on a regular basis do not abide by the rules. I had smoke in my room at all hours. Guests do not follow the non smoking rules.

Terrible wifi. The property has you paying for everything. Paid parking, paid breakfast, paid WiFi and there was terrible connection. I would consider another property. Location was convenient but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a clean hotel near South Coast Plaza. The area is safe and easy for running and walking.

Internet was slow.

Great location right next to south coast plaza and the airport. If you're sensitive to noise, ask them NOT to place you near the giant heat/AC units at one end of the building. We had to change rooms because it kept me up. The other room was further away and quiet.

The location was nice. Next door to nice restaurants, a man made lake, and art district The whole hotel was filled with a little league and their parents. This was not an issue. However, the staff did not contain those guests. Little preteens were running all over the place, messing with elevators, common areas, etc. These were not your only guests and made those of us who were not part of this huge crowd, feel disrespected and unvalued. We talked with others that felt the same. Room was clean, thanks to your staff. But stains and tears all over the carpet and furniture.
