Excellent experience. Loved the location is adjacent to the Segerstrom Center. Fitness center was useful. I didn’t use the pool, but appreciate seeing the grounds were powerwashed daily. Room design is efficient. The bed was excellent and restful.

The Marriott’s advertisement on Expedia included a buffet breakfast along with free parking. Parking was available at no fee but breakfast was not. We asked at front desk but they said no.

Location was great, staff was awesome. One of two elevators did not work and the sink faucet pressure was very low. The ac is sensor controlled in the living space so when you go to bed the room Gets hot since it doesn’t recognize anyone in the living room.

I found what appeared to be a bed bug in my bed late at night and immediately went to the front desk. Instead of taking me seriously, the employee basically questioned whether it was even a bed bug and that he was no. That was honestly ridiculous. Now I’m being forced to leave around 1 a.m., find another hotel on my own, and worry about whether my luggage and clothes have been exposed. I paid for a room here and never expected to be dealing with this in the middle of the night. What really upset me was the lack of urgency and empathy from the staff. I understand they may need to confirm what the bug was, but dismissing a guest who just found a suspected bed bug in their bed is not how this should be handled. I expected much better from Marriott. This was extremely stressful and handled very poorly.
