We booked a day there and the app glitched and booked another night and they didn’t refund me i am really upset i walked in Saturday night and the guy that was at the reception ignored me, and he was talking to some girls for 30 minutes about their plans in the city as I’m waiting literally with no help really disrespectful never go there

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The laundry facility is quarter fed, but there is no way to get quarters except at the front desk which is not always staffed. They put me in a room across the hall from where very noisy maintenance was happening late at night (hammers and drills into the evening). Groups of unattended children making too much noise late into the night. Low water pressure at the sinks and toilet. No covered parking means your car will be boiling hot if you decide to pay extra to use it. This facility fell far short of my expectations of a Marriott hotel.

I was lucky and scored a good price on this hotel, I assume due to construction in the area. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Shower had good pressure and was near to the 55 freeway and Starbucks across the street. The area felt safe which is always great and my room was tidied every day. Parking was a little difficult if you arrive later in the evening and I don’t think they need to charge $25 per day. That’s a little steep IMO. The mini fridge in the room didn’t work. The walls are pretty thin as we were near a screaming child most of the time (not the hotels fault). The pool was refreshing and no hot tub. I waited for awhile at the bistro downstairs but no one showed up so I just walked to Starbucks. The beds are much more comfortable than other hotels which is always great. Overall, I’d stay here again for a quick trip! For longer stays there’s no microwave to heat leftovers. No complimentary breakfast like other places and with a family that is always nice. 20 minutes to Anaheim Resort area and 15-20 to the beaches.

None. The room looks like it is very spacious but I only need to sleep it off for one night. I left it so early and did not do much but just to rest for a few hours.

Clean room. Well stocked with plenty of towels, which I really enjoy having available. Kind, friendly, efficient staff. Great location for Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, and Irvine.

Rented two rooms. Beds and pillows in both rooms were horrible. Also, no continental breakfast. They want you to pay for waffles etc. You’ve been warned!

Isabella front desk was super nice, hotel was clean and nice as well

Families with lots of kids were staying at the hotel and the kids ran wild all over the hotel. Couldn't enjoy sitting in the lounge.

Noisy streets, noisy AC, and lots of noise during the night. This stay was in a Saturday night.
