Finding a parking slot could be a challenge during the nights

Beautiful property and great staff. My room has a musty carpet shampoo smell. It was reported to staff on site.

Plenty of parking. The staff was there, but not very attentive or helpful. Breakfast was okay.

Parking is not the easiest. At check in, I was advised to park as close as possible to the property. Upon arrival to the hotel on the second night, the lot was full and I needed to exit car and wait in a long line at front desk in order to find out what to do. I was told to park in the garage next door, scan the code (enter a CC number) and the fee would automatically be the $26. Due to a malfunctioning treadmill in which the machine stopped abruptly, my parking was compensated which was appreciated. I still received a parking charge on my Visa via the parking garage (Metropolis). I am in the process of understanding why this is; however, it has not been easy. The staff were not able to assist me and I am waiting on a call back tomorrow in order to resolve this. Overall, this parking issue has really been a stressor.

My first room (bathroom) was infested with bugs. My second room had no issues. Food was good at the bistro and the little snack shop was very convenient. Staff was friendly. I asked for my parking to be comped for the bug inconvenience, Joseph the day manager gave me 2 of the 3 days I paid for.. worth it for me. The bug inconvenience was only for about 20 minutes. I was told it was “summer bugs”. I’ll stay again. Parking was close to the hotel (a little further on Friday night)

Disappointed customer service because we stay at marriotts courtyard a lot and we have friends that work for different courtyards.

Very clean and great location!

The lack of management and care was reflected throughout the hotel. While the lobby was constantly being cleaned or worked on, the hallways, carpets, and elevators were dirty. The laundry room was extremely outdated, still requiring $4 in quarters per washer and dryer in 2026. Our room itself was mixed. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and surfaces were clean, but my son had to sleep on a makeshift bed using the chair, ottoman, and luggage rack. Just horrible! The bathroom was in poor condition—loose tiles, cracked grout, dirty corners, and a clogged shower drain that maintenance claimed to fix but didn’t. And this is why I always choose Hilton properties, even for work purposes. Never had issues with them, plus you get free breakfasts!
