City Express by Marriott Santa Ana/Orange County Airport

Everything was good with our stay except the noise. It was 4th of July weekend so there’s going to be some fireworks and noise but this was ridiculous. There were teenagers up ALL night lighting fireworks in parking lot and the car alarms kept going off right under our window. The room above us had people up all night banging on things and was just so loud. Other than the noise our stay was pleasant.

Breakfast was great each morning. Be aware parking is added to room charge @ $20/day.

Breakfast was good and the area was clean. Rooms were also nice and clean, bathroom was well stocked.

Overall good stay. I'm not sure if it'd just the summer time but lots of teenage and college kids in the premises. A little too much noise while sleeping. It would've been great to have an iron in the room instead of only upon request which was a bit different for me. Maria Orajel made a HUGE difference during the stay and made sure we were compensated for parking fee due to non working phone in the room. Thanks for the overall stay.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like anything. It was about service that day and they don’t clean the rooms every day.

The cook, Fran was so pleasant. Everything else was outstanding too EXCEPT the view. I opened my curtains to the patio and WOW, the junk.

Breakfast was excellent. Cleaning was okay. Staff was good. Parking I don't know why you charge $20 a day. And we didn't have parking. It was noisy at 6:00 in the morning kids upstairs. I love the bed though.

Very disappointed in the room. It was not as pictured online. Online it showed a bedroom with king size bed and a sleeper couch in another room divided by a wall. The room they gave us had a bed and a sleeper bed in the same room. That was not what we wanted but they said that's all they had. Also pictured was a sink area in the bathroom with a large counter area on either side of the sink. Our bathroom had a sink with pretty much no counter space at all. They should not have pictured it if they didn't have it. We really needed the separation and the counter space. Also I trusted the Marriott name as a good place. But I guess that doesn't mean anything anymore because this was not up to Marriott standards. I would not stay here again nor can I recommend it.

Its okay but breakfast was a small variety

It place to just sleep and not hangout. It doesn’t have a pool which didn’t mention when I booked. The room service wasn’t done to my room after I requested twice on a 5 day stay I had. Parking isn’t the greatest, only a few spots if not you have to park at another hotel. The hotel its self is very hot and humid. They serve the same thing for breakfast everyday!

Very clean. Good for the price

Parking was horrible and if you have to pay to park, then a space should be allocated. We had to park across the street and walk back to the hotel. Definitely not safe, as it was late at night and had my children with me. Will not stay in or around this location when traveling again.

Well first off I went in the room straight to the bathroom after long hours of driving and found a big black spider on the wall freaked me out and stayed on my mind the whole night if there was anymore and second the tv never worked and I complained about it in the front and they were no help then it was very very hot in the room all night

I was put in a corner room. So hot water took longer to get hot, as well as taking too much time for the air conditioning to circulate thru the room. Also wasn’t a fan of having to pay to park as hotels in area right next to this particular property don’t charge to park.
