Front desk was so nice and helpful.

My only qualm with the place is that the door was thin as paper. I heard EVERYTHING outside and mostly from the pool. These kids were playing late at the pool and it kept me up a it. Maybe that’s just how it goes with hotels but damn the sound of those kids travels right up to the third floor right up to about 11 pm. Everything else was fine I guess.

It’s nice average hotel budget friendly and the lady in the reception was very nice. My only concern was that I had spider in my bed when I complained about the checkout, I wasn’t happy about the action from that because there was no action at all not even an apology

The price, the breakfast, the location close to the airport. The room is cleaned sometimes, not every day, hence the price I guess which is fine. The back of the building is nasty. Some landscaping could help.

I like mostly all of my stays at this hotel. Front desk girl is super helpful and room and breakfast was great. I will definitely come back here.

Stayed here for one night. Room was decent and clean but dated. Has a nasty smell to the room- like mold. Too many kids running around all hours of the night. Parents not watching their kids in the pool and jacuzzi. Hotel looks run down and old. The door to my room has a huge gap in it and bugs were crawling in so I had to put a towel down to block them. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was a joke- nasty food. Stale coffee. Would not stay here again!

It was clean and that is important to us

Elevator is is poor condition and it has not been inspected in over a year. Date of expiration for last inspection was on 12/10/2025. Didn’t feel riding it with my young children.

Free parking and good location Avoid this hotel at all costs if you have any standards. Upon walking through the hotel it’s immediately apparent that everything is falling apart. The walls of the elevator were peeling and stained. The doors to the rooms looked like jail cells. After swiping the keycard I had to slam against the door for it to be able to open. Entering the room we were immediately hit with this awful stale mildew smell. Even after turning on the ac the room just smelled gross and wet. The bathroom has no ventilation and the towels never dried. I would not be surprised at all if there was mold growing somewhere. The bed sheets were torn and filled with holes. During our 3 night stay, the housekeeping never came and cleaned our room or restocked any supplies. Overall just a terrible experience and would recommend taking your money somewhere else so that you don’t have to stay at this awful hotel.

Front desk person was extremely gracious and competent. Large mini-fridge offered in room. Basic amenities provided although lots of plastic (cups etc) used. Disinfectant smell strong in room, bedding seemed damp/cheap, shower not strong, breakfast room could have been laid it to not cause traffic jams in the morning.

The front desk told us that breakfast was at 6 AM and it was at 7 AM. The hot tub was green and not usable even though people were in it and the linens were way overused and scratchy.

No room cleaning for 4 days. We were never offered daily housekeeping, and despite multiple requests at the front desk, our room was not cleaned a single time during our entire stay. Towels were not replaced, trash piled up, and the bathroom became progressively grosser. For the price we paid, expecting fresh linens and a basic tidy every day is not unreasonable — apparently it was here. The pool area was chaos. Every single night, groups of screaming kids were allowed to run wild well past the posted 10:30 pm closing time. The noise carried straight up to our room, making it impossible to relax or sleep with the windows open. Management did nothing to enforce the rules despite complaints. The hot tub was disgusting — visibly dirty, with a strong chemical/stale odor that made it unusable. We saw several other guests walk up, smell it, and immediately walk away. It looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in weeks. To top it all off, the day manager was incredibly rude when we finally escalated our complaints. Instead of any attempt to resolve the issues, we were met with eye-rolling and dismissive comments. It was clear they had zero interest in guest satisfaction.

Check-in went very smooth, room was clean, complimentary breakfast was okay, only 1 waffle maker so as you could imagine there was a line 5 deep for that, other than that all else was good. Will be staying here again.
