our room had a leaking fridge that left water around and there was bugs in the bathroom and when we told the front desk they said there’s nothing they can do about it which was very unprofessional on their part. the pool was dirty our first day there and they had ants everywhere. although, the beds were comfortable.

Food was good and staff was friendly

I checked in, got to my room and found ants everywhere... the bed, window, and all over the bathroom. I got attitude and pushed back when I requested a room change. I was finally given another room but no apology or offer for any type of discount. I will not stay here again.

The walkway one the 2nd and 3rd floors felt like they were going to fall to the ground and were leaning on one side. People walking or rolling their bags on the path was very noisey. The doors seal and the bottom was broken allowing light in. There was ants all over in the bathroom. The front desk staff were not helpful or kind and young girls who just sat in the lobby on their phones. The water in the lobby was barely filled regularly. Needs another waffle maker and easier set up for breakfast.

Room smelled of stale smoke. And for some reason there was a comforter on top of the mattress instead of a mattress cover and it was so warm, uncomfortable and wasn’t easy to sleep in. Would not go there again

Very good breakfast and well supplied by the staff. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely pool area which is very well maintained.

I did not know the hotel does not provide the slippers in the room, it is very inconvenient.

Breakfast- barely had enough food until the end. Had to ask for more fruit and yogurt, first told they’re all out, then they brought some out. Milk for cereal was limited. Front desk was not welcoming, seemed unhappy. Short answers. No greeting. No smile. Fitness room- lacking! Treadmill, exercise bike, arm workout machine that was partially broken. Pool- clean. Ample towels. I’ve been to different comfort inns around the country. This one is the worse because of the staff.

Unfortunately there's not a lot I can say good about this stay. We had two rooms for a week. My room did not have a working TV for the first three or four days. My son's room had ants in the bathroom sink all week and his last night there his bed was absolutely covered with ants. While adequate, the breakfast got boring very quickly. It was the same thing every single day. There was only one waffle maker for large crowds of people in a very small room. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning crew did their job very well! It is an old hotel that is definitely in need of updates!

The towels and such were pretty bad, with a weird smell. Bring your own. The AC is fabulous and it is just about okay as a budget option.

I would highly not recommend staying at this motel, for one it is not a hotel as you enter your room from the outside like a Motel 6, it’s located in the middle of nowhere, elevator smelled like piss, sink in the bathroom was rusted, photos on Expedia make it look better than it is, place is a total dump, rebooked another proper hotel within 20 minutes of seeing this one, tried to get my money refunded but this low end garbage motel refused to give it back, pretty pathetic actually, keep my money once people see what a dump this is you won’t be getting many bookings, 0 out of 10

The check in was slow and the employees were unhappy and unhelpful. The room was run down and needed updating. The bed had a blanket between the mattress and mattress the bed sheet. Uncomfortable. The sofa cushions were torn and foam was bulging out.

Room stunk! Not very clean. Only good thing is good shower pressure with hot water. Won’t stay here again!
