James at the front desk was great. He was very helpful and kind. The water didn’t work one day, the phone never worked. I had to go down to the front desk because housekeeper never came. I had to search for towels and toilet paper. The front door was unsafe as you had to pull it really hard to get it to close and it was hard to open. The balcony was filthy with bird poop. If you opened the balcony door it was hard to close as it took 2 of us. The breakfast was good and once again James was great. I will not stay there again.

Incredible breakfast 😊

The breakfast was amazing. The staff at breakfast was amazing. The shuttle back to the airport was funny. The driver was so sweet and we both walked around the van looking g for each other. Lots of good things about your embassy suites, but some miscommunications from the booking agent and the room needed some love.

The first room we stayed in was on the 10th floor. The a/c squeaked and the toilet ran all night. We switched to the 5th floor for the second night. The towels were dirty, the tub was dirty, no hand soap or hand soap tray, mold in the sink, window cracked open and wouldn’t close so we heard traffic all night. Only 2 of the elevators were working for most of the trip. There were no towels at the pool. By checkout, the water had shut off for “maintenance work”, when other guests asked the front desk when the water was going to be turned back on, staff seemed to chuckle about the amount of people that were inquiring about it. The pros, good breakfast, decent amount of seating, decent happy hour.

Our AC wasnt working well, tried calling front desk but their phone was also broken. Had to go down twice to have the AC checked no body responded to us the first time the second time they told us the engineer already left. Kids cant sleep because it was too hot. Poor customer service, bathroom is a little dirty when we got to the room. Breakfast was decent. Overall bad experience, not going back again.

Overall we’d a wonderful time at Embassy suites in Santa Ana; everything was great including the admin staff, the ambience, clean rooms, great service staff and the amazing breakfast. Highly recommend this place.

Well maintained property. Clean room. Very close to Santa Ana airport. Always enjoy the Manager Reception - except they didn't keep the snacks filled after a bunch of kids from baseball team, hockey team, and softball team cleared it out after 15 minutes in.
-
Clean room, comfortable stay, good breakfast, friendly staff. Only problem was a bunch of trash in the balcony below ours, was not pleasant to look at
-
not clean , employees not helpful
-
Helpful front desk staff, great complimentary breakfast... however, the rooms aren't kept up. Doorhandle to enter the room needed to be turned in a certain way in order to enter, bulged/warped flooring, rusted shower head, etc.

Our prepaid reservation was canceled right in front of us, and no one could give us a clear explanation why. We contacted Expedia, and they confirmed everything on their end was fine. The only option we were offered at the front desk was to pay again—with no refund—for a downgraded room. I stepped outside to finish the conversation with Expedia. They placed me on hold while they contacted the hotel to try to resolve the issue. The hotel then told Expedia they were completely booked. Just 10 minutes earlier, they had offered me an overpriced, downgraded room. Now you're completely booked? That made no sense. It was over 100°F outside, and my friend and I had traveled a long way. We were exhausted, hot, hungry, and thirsty, which made the experience even more frustrating. Based on how we were treated, it was impossible not to question whether bias played a role. Whether that was the case or not, no guest should leave feeling that way. Thankfully, this didn't ruin our vacation. Full credit to Expedia—they found us a better solution, and we enjoyed every bit of our trip. Thank you, Expedia. I hope this hotel treats future guests with more transparency, respect, and professionalism. As an African American guest, I left questioning whether my race played a role in how we were treated, and that's not how anyone should feel after arriving for a prepaid reservation.

This embassy suites seemed old and not well maintained. Breakfast was good as usual.. There was a line that was OK. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. I walked downstairs. Had to stay in a long line because I went during a busy season and nobody came to fix the phone.. when we originally check in I asked for two keys. I had two rooms and they would only give me one per room so it's very inconvenient for me and my children.

I like the breakfast.

The hotel does not enforce noise policies. Guests were running through the hallways and making excessive noise until 2:00 a.m., making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Our room was not stocked with towels or basic toiletries. I was already in the shower when I realized there were no towels. My husband called the front desk and was told someone would bring them. After waiting, he went to the front desk to explain I was still stuck in the shower, but they refused to give him towels, saying someone was on the way. After waiting even longer, he returned and was finally given towels with an attitude. Ironically, the “delivery” didn’t arrive until 11:30 p.m., and they didn’t even knock—they left the towels outside in a clear trash bag. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room very uncomfortable. The customer service was just as disappointing. From the front desk to management and housekeeping, the staff acted like they didn’t care. I work in hospitality, and I’ve honestly received better customer service at Walmart. I would not recommend staying here.
