The hotel was very old and outdated. Rooms smelled bad. The flooring was falling apart. The bathroom was gross. I would stay at a different Embassy Suites nearby or a different hotel in the future.

We stayed here from 7/25 to 7/29 and had an awful experience. Upon check-in, our fourth-floor room had a completely non-functional AC unit with filters on the ground and tools scattered like a construction site. The front desk initially dismissed our concerns, claiming the room was fine. Only after we insisted on a maintenance check—and my husband went up to confirm—did they acknowledge the blower was entirely broken.Because the hotel was overbooked, no replacement rooms were available. We were forced to stay in an 80-degree room. They could not even provide a box fan, as other rooms with broken AC units had already taken them all. We got zero sleep because we had to leave the slider door open to loud highway traffic noise just to breathe. We are loyal Embassy Suites customers, but this location is completely mismanaged. The front desk was constantly flooded with other guests experiencing identical AC problems. To make matters worse, there was zero parking available on our first night, and staff were actively instructing guests to park illegally in red zones. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this location.

I don't even have words for how horrible me and my family's weekend was here. We had 3 rooms between us all and all had our own separate issues. Such a dirty place, there has to be dozens of health and safety code violations. Owners refusing to give us a full refund. Ownership is the problem here, front desk staff did try to help and were kind but housekeeping is also so short staffed. Phones don't work so you have to physically go down to ask for towels or room service and they still won't come up and provide it for hours if they do at all. I cannot believe this is an Embassy Suites. The photos and lobby are extremely misleading. Even after showering I felt dirty. This is a cash grab for ownership, they don't care. Give your money to someplace better.

The only person who appeared to give even the smallest crap about the customers was Letisha at the front desk, and Martin who makes amazing omlets! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Call me we can talk we have to get everything clear

Rooms outdated and dirty. I guess 7 housekeepers left the week before which shows you that the employees are not being treated fairly and so they probably walked out together. Broken items in room, pool floor slimey and towels not stocked. Basically hard to get anything done without bugging the front desk the whole time. Someone walked in on my sister’s boyfriend changing and just stared at him when he yelled to get out. Toilets clogging constantly. AC hanging on for dear life. They are a mess and the only redeeming service we got there was the breakfast. Omelet cooks were great and breakfast overall was pretty good. Otherwise everything else was dirty, broken, uncomfortable and just horrible. Do not waste your money here. Seriously multiple guests were at the front desk with issues it’s not worth it. Latisha at the front desk was great and helped us out, as were a few others we didn’t get the name of. You can tell they’re just as upset with the state of this place. Hope they all find better places to work, seriously. That place probably loses all of their good employees eventually because of its issues.

-
Old bathroom w/ peeling tub and dirty floor Cockroaches and ants Old towels and linen's. Rooms desperately need renovations Great breakfast Lovely atrium

The hotel is run down. The only positive was the friendly and helpful breakfast crew. Felt like we were staying at a motel without the price.

Very old outdated hotel, upon arrival air conditioner wasn’t working, staffing weren’t to attentive, rooms were very very outdated and nothing was working properly, the floors were sticky it was over very uncomfortable to sleep

Considering how much we paid for this room, we expected it to be properly maintained and safe. Instead, we spent part of our vacation worrying about slipping on a wet floor and trying to avoid the leaking water. When we spoke with management, we were told they could only offer a $60 credit because we booked through Expedia. While we understand booking policies, the condition of the room and the safety issue had nothing to do with how we made the reservation. We don’t feel the compensation came close to reflecting the inconvenience, disruption, and unsafe conditions we experienced.

Air conditioning was out, and front desk did not let us know at check in. No hot water. Stayed from Thursday to Sunday and did not have the room attended to once during the stay, not even for clean towels or toilet paper. Very poorly managed. When you pay this much money for a stay, you should not have to ask the front desk for toliet paper, let alone any other amenities

The experience overall wasnt terrible, AC would work at times and At times it wouldnt. They could afford to update the building and mattresses. The parking was terrible because people cant park in the given spaces they are over the lines or make up their own spots. I notified staff of other issues. Breakfast was great wish they offered bacon or a different type of protein. Almost forgot the fitness room, there is a great variety of equipment but it was dirty.

James at the front desk was great. He was very helpful and kind. The water didn’t work one day, the phone never worked. I had to go down to the front desk because housekeeper never came. I had to search for towels and toilet paper. The front door was unsafe as you had to pull it really hard to get it to close and it was hard to open. The balcony was filthy with bird poop. If you opened the balcony door it was hard to close as it took 2 of us. The breakfast was good and once again James was great. I will not stay there again.
