The location wasn't bad and close to Newport Beach which is where I should have stayed at. The place was not clean. Cobwebs everywhere and smelled like a 90-year-old ladies closet. The staff was miserable and the breakfast was only one plate maximum of a small spoons worth of powdered eggs which were white, watered down and had hardly any yellow color in it, alongside two sausages and if you ask for more they would look at you funny and say where's the second ticket. The manager even said that we don't usually offer breakfast even though it's advertised that breakfast is included. So that misleading information was appalling and very disappointing to be lied to. The balcony was caged in with some weird fencing and the surrounding area had thousands of radiation poles around it. Finally the sheets were 100% polyester so it was like sleeping on plastic that I really disliked so I had to sleep with clothes on. The first and last time I'll be here. I guess you get what you pay for.

Room service is limited once per 7 days . Which doesn’t help if you have a family with kids. Also, many rooms had non working TVs and they had a rodent problem we switched rooms due to insect issue. Gates closed earlier than stated on sign which caused an inconvenience of having to walk back and forth to main door when parked all the way in back due to lack of parking spots. Room kept shaking when other nearby guests slam their doors and it was a big shake

Beautiful courtyard, pool, and eating area. Rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. No complaints.

Free hot breakfast, plenty onsite parking, hourly free shuttle to airport. However, daily room service has to be requested at the front desk.

Loved this place. Rooms were beautiful and roomy! Beds and pillows were comfy. The grounds are lovely. We got lots of use of the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The front desk workers were not very friendly but thats fine. Breakfast was made fresh daily and the area was well kept and clean. This was an excellent choice for our family here for Newport MLP Pickleball.

This property is showing its age, but overall it was clean and comfortable. Complimentary hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Good value for the price.

Overall, an okay+ property, nothing to write home about, exactly what one would expect from the budget stay. They don't clean the room or empty the trash bins daily, but if you ask the staff, they will do it for you. Also, don't expect beds to be made daily either; according to the front desk staff, they will clean the room and make the beds only on a weekly basis.

Not as nice as it used to be…trash around the property. Seems like people actually live there full time now versus hotel guests. AC is below standard.

Good experience great workers

Large, clean, quiet room, good breakfast, plenty of parking. Very green. Only complaint is the wifi was super weak, to weak for TV to work, we used Hotspot.

I was disappointed… lotion and conditioner wasn’t provided and the outlets or light fixtures did not have charging ports. Also, the internet was extremely slow and not easy connecting to the wifi.
