The staff were excellent. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast but not a lot of variety.

I like the staff serving breakfast. Very hospital. But the staff at the reception needs customer care training. Stayed there almost 15min to check in. One was busy talking even my greetings didn't respond until someone else came to attend to me. Amenities great 👍

The courtyard was beautiful.

When entering the room it felt so stuffy. It had a smell. The tv’s are supposedly brand new and can’t even be hooked to WiFi. The phones did not work everytime we called to the front it had a busy signal I had to call from my cell every time. I got bit all over my body. There was a bug in our room and that made me itchy. I got bit all over and now have bites all over me.

Terrible experience with hotel

Shower water pressure was lacking. Also, the room air-conditioner did a good job of cooling the sleeping area, but did not permeate the couch area well.

The closest elevator was out for Two weeks? It's still not fixed when I left, had to use the one at the other end of the hotel. Worst wifi ever kept dropping every 5 to 10 minutes, they said it was recently changed. They should change back cos it was frustrating, fighting it for 4 nights Three days. Refrigerator did not work. Freezer worked well but the refrigerator it was almost warm. My leftover Chinese food spoiled overnight had to live out of ice. Chest for 4 nights three days. The microwave turntable would not turn,the part that turns the plate was completely missing, coin machine for the laundry map out of order. Wash machine out of order. It's obvious that their printer was not out of order, because they share printed a lot of out of order signs. Won't be returning next year

The hotel generally feels run down in several areas. The elevator was not working during our stay, the walkways were not very clean, and the pool and hot tub had leaves and debris in the water. The hot tub jets were also not working properly, with only random spurts of bubbles coming from some of the jets every so often. The fitness centre was adequate, but the water dispenser was completely empty. The room itself was spacious, which was a positive, but the furniture looked very mix and match, with different colours and styles that made it feel like everything had been collected from different places rather than designed as one room. The bathroom was dated, although the water pressure was excellent. The pillows were another disappointment. They were very small and felt more like couch cushions than hotel pillows, and were not very comfortable. The room phones did not work either, despite us mentioning the issue several times. One of the biggest surprises was housekeeping. Our room was not serviced after the first day, and no one mentioned the policy when we checked in. When we asked about it, we were told rooms are only cleaned once a week. That does not help much when you are staying for two nights. At the very least, this should be clearly explained at check in so guests know what to expect.

The only complaint is the parking lot. It seems super cramped driving in and out. There’s a lot of big cars parked there and sometimes it’s a squeeze. Otherwise the stay is always good and the price seems right
