Breakfast could be better and less congested. The set-up causes much of the congestion. Breakfast is average.

The room was nicely updated and also very modern. The king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The morning breakfast was included and there was a very good selection hot and cold food to choose from. This is my hotel for the future visits too.

The breakfast is the worst I have ever seen, taste very bad, never book this hotel again.

After more than 30 years of domestic and international travel, I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. From the moment we checked in, the atmosphere was hostile rather than welcoming. The front desk employee greeted us with an angry, confrontational attitude instead of the professionalism and courtesy guests should expect. My family and I assumed he was simply having a bad day, so we chose not to complain and went to our room. The next morning, we visited the front desk with a routine question, only to be met by another employee who displayed the same frustration and lack of basic customer service. At that point, I began to wonder whether the hotel’s management provides any hospitality training at all. The hospitality industry exists to make guests feel welcome—not intimidated or unwelcome. Our final morning confirmed our disappointment. During breakfast, a staff member—a tall Hispanic woman—spoke harshly to an elderly couple who were simply picking up their breakfast and was also unnecessarily rude to my 10-year-old son. Watching both senior guests and a child be treated with such disrespect was unacceptable. That moment erased any remaining hope that our experience was an isolated incident. It reflected what appeared to be a broader culture of poor customer service. The only reason I am not giving this stay an even harsher review is because of one exceptional employ

This hotel is one of many located along the same stretch of road, so there are plenty of options to choose from. Our stay was fine, but there wasn't anything that really stood out. One thing that surprised me was the lack of EV charging stations in the area. If you're traveling in an electric vehicle, it's worth planning ahead for charging.

easy to used to noisy air conditioner with constant noise but you may not be able to quickly get used to an air conditioner making strange irregular noise whole night.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. My room was clean and the grounds were well kept. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast was good.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and accommodating. Pool and jacuzzi were amazing after a long day. We didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast, started a little too late for our team. We had an early day and breakfast started at 630am. The time we needed to leave the room. But would definitely stay again.

The accessible king room was spacious and well appointed. It was perfect for my travel companion that uses a walker, especially the low threshold shower entry with plenty of grab bars.
