Housecleaning people start banging at your door around 9am. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

The room is always clean whenever I come back. The holding area will be spacious. The quiet space provides a good rest for a day out and working.

Staff was kind and check in went smooth. Parking was abundant with easy parking permit to put on dash, no gate or key card needed. Pool was heated and hot tub worked really well. Towels available for guests.

Customer service was fast to check us in!

when we were back, the room still not be clean. It is OK, we just came down to the desk and asked to have room to be clean from 3PM to 4PM since we were out again. The first time, the front desk said that it would be clean. At the time we were out, the man in front desk said that: the room would not be clean since no more person working at that time. Also he said that the policy that the room would be clean every two days rather than once per day. It is kind of surprise that we did not see any policy that hotel room only be clean every two days ? we have never been in hotels that only clean room every two days. So recommencing that if you want to stay this hotel, make sure you can stand the fact room would not be clean every day like other hotels

Room was great, parking good and was easy to find. Our family stayed for 3 days 2 nights for the 4th of July weekend. We will definitely be back. The older man at front desk that helped us check in was very friendly. Thank you!

Didn’t like that the ice machines didn’t work

It's across from a freeway, somewhat isolated. The room was adequate, somewhat dated. They have a restaurant downstairs, which is convenient. The breakfast was not included with our stay, but was available for purchase.

The rooms were always cleaned without asking staff was very good breakfast was good but expensive though kids under 11 eat free with adult purchase of breakfast. Pool was nice but cold due to weather. Very close to Disneyland .

The room was clean. There was parking, great stay.

Nice bed and shower. Good temperature hot tub. Didn’t got a change to use the swimming pool but prob. still cold in the morning even though it said heated. Clean room but a bit noisy cause our room is near the freeway.

Quick and easy check in and check out. Staff was very kind and efficient. Our room had some scuffs here and there on the walls/furniture but that doesn’t matter to me since it had obviously been cleaned thoroughly. The elevator was a tiny bit sketchy though. It would make a loud squeaking sound and the door would shift around as it was going up or down, but there are stairs if that makes you nervous!

Our plan was to stay here 1 night then move closer to lake tahoe as that was our primary attraction but the place was so good we decided to extend for additional nights and the duration of our trip. Breakfast was very good and the kitchen inside the room was a plus.

Convenient, clean, quiet - great for sports tournament weekend. Would stay again.

My first time visiting Disneyland and the Hotel check in process was easy and the front desk was so very kind and also professional.

Starting with excellent customer service rooms super clean and very nice stay

The whole property felt pretty dirty. The carpets were stained and dingy. The walls and doors were smudged. The furniture was smudged and stained. I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

Excellent Option. We loved!!!!!
