Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Here a gem, a kept secret of an amazing hotel. It's in the heart of Costa Mesa Mall and lots of spaces to eat and dine. Very nice staff and service was excellent.

Beautiful property with lots of elegant scenery. Our balcony over looked the pool and the lake/park below Loved the all day access to the pool & gym. Ice machine was near by. Comfy bed, blackout curtains and a quiet atmosphere made for a great nights sleep. I wish parking wasn’t $40/night

Lovely Staff and Great location!

Overall we had a good experience. The hotel rooms however had some worn out spots. Rooms could use an update.

The guest room was spacious, clean, and bright. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back.

The hot tub was very dirty and the water was cloudy!! The bar was closed and no drinks at the pool area!

Very nice hotel in close proximity to the arts district, shopping, and good dining within walking distance. There is a small lake and courtyard area behind the property that offers a scenic view and nice trail for walking. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the room, staff, and atmosphere. The gym could have had an upgrade of machines. Enough to get the job done though. I am a traveling lawyer and this is my favorite hotel.

Everything was fabulous!

It was very conveniently located and easy

We were unable to lower the thermostat and it wasn't as cool as we would have liked. There was only one wash cloth in the bathroom. No blow dryer and the tub didn't train properly. I took a shower with 3 inches of water. The restaurant onsite was definitely under par for the price.
