Harrah's Council Bluffs – A Caesars Rewards Destination

Not outstanding but covers the basics well

The property does not value or recognize Expedia reservations. I was there for a very special event and my room was not ready until 2.5 hours AFTER the latest check in! So I could not change for my dinner reservation nor could I get ready in my room for my concert that I’d been looking forward to for 5 months!

The casino was amazing security was super fun. And the way they handled the heat amd sure busyness was nice to see a good them work so well toghter. Getting walked in on by staff without warning why my wifes pants were half way of because it was my anniversary

There was plenty of parking. Need more food options, a take away sandwich spot would be a good idea. We ate at Guy Fieri's and both lunch and dinner and it was not great.

I stayed at Harrah's because I went to a show at Stir Cove. The convenience of being able to stay at the same location of where a show goes without saying how nice that is. The whole place was very clean, all the staff were very kind and friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. I can't wait to be able to stay again!

The room we were in was wonderful to see the back of the stage and the talent outside before the concert. It was awful if you wanted to sleep. Once the concert was over, the crew was out until 4 am taking down the stage. Then at 6 am, the next crew came in to put up their stage for the concert that night. I got no sleep because it was so loud.

There is no restaurant on property that serves breakfast. On concert nights you get a different answer from every person that you ask a question to. The outside of the grounds near the parking lot where you line up to enter the party cove is disgusting. The food at Guy Fieri's restaurant was average at best. I expected more from a restaurant tied to a Food Network Star.

The beds were clean and comfy. So over all our 2 days were pleasant.

This was our first stay at Harrahs Council Bluffs. We went for a concert at Stir Cove. Loved staying there, everything was so convenient. I got a great price for a really nice room. Will definitely stay there again for our next concert.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Highly recommend. Room was clean, staff friendly, and concert venue was great.
