Harrah's Council Bluffs – A Caesars Rewards Destination

I stayed at Harrah's because I went to a show at Stir Cove. The convenience of being able to stay at the same location of where a show goes without saying how nice that is. The whole place was very clean, all the staff were very kind and friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. I can't wait to be able to stay again!

The room we were in was wonderful to see the back of the stage and the talent outside before the concert. It was awful if you wanted to sleep. Once the concert was over, the crew was out until 4 am taking down the stage. Then at 6 am, the next crew came in to put up their stage for the concert that night. I got no sleep because it was so loud.

There is no restaurant on property that serves breakfast. On concert nights you get a different answer from every person that you ask a question to. The outside of the grounds near the parking lot where you line up to enter the party cove is disgusting. The food at Guy Fieri's restaurant was average at best. I expected more from a restaurant tied to a Food Network Star.

The beds were clean and comfy. So over all our 2 days were pleasant.

This was our first stay at Harrahs Council Bluffs. We went for a concert at Stir Cove. Loved staying there, everything was so convenient. I got a great price for a really nice room. Will definitely stay there again for our next concert.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Highly recommend. Room was clean, staff friendly, and concert venue was great.

The room was beautiful but no free movie channels. We were parked and looking down below at an event that hadn't started and we got yelled at that even as a guest, we couldn't stand there. I don't think I will go again.

The only issue we had was that our room wasn’t ready for 1.5 hours after check-in. Everything else was great.

Room was great! No bars were open because of a concert being held. Went to eat at Guy’s and they said we needed reservations and this was 4pm and there were several tables for 2 empty. So for 4 hours prior to the concert there was nothing to eat or drink in the casino unless you wanted to go get a drink inside the gambling area. We did go get one and mine was like water with vanilla in it. It was supposed to be an amaretto sour. Worst I have ever had.

They did not have the room we paid for ready so they upgraded us to a suite for free. It was great!

Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Under $100, clean, great food at Guy's, comfortable mattresses, loved that the air/fan did not kick off all night, soft towels, good pillows, so many mirrors and outlets. Fabulous stay!! Will be back!!

Room was good for what we needed. We were going to a concert on site and it was perfect.

Good clean room decent bed for price point.

Staff was great, hotel was clean, no complaints there.

I wish the restaurant stayed open later than 10 during the week, especially since its a casino

Bed was clean and comfortable, and location is super convenient for concerts at stir cove. I would stay here again, just know it’s not a 5 star experience.
