We stayed in a king room and it was basically falling apart. It was nowhere near as clean as the pictures showed online. I do not recommend staying here at all

Comfy beds. A/C leaked water all over the floor. Parking was way to tight. No coffee pot in room. Room not carpeted. Breakfast was sparse.

Location wasn’t the best. At the time of need, it was closest. Was afraid to eat breakfast. Coffee was nasty. Everything could have been better. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The towels in our room were dirty, dingy, and even had holes in them. The sheets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and worn, and there seemed to be burn or smoke holes in the bedding. The condition of the room made us so uncomfortable that we slept in our clothes on top of the bedspread rather than under the sheets. After seeing the state of the room, we were honestly afraid to eat the breakfast offered the next morning. When we requested fresh towels in the morning, we were given another set of dirty, dingy towels. The only towels that appeared clean were the hand towels. Overall, this was one of the most unclean hotel experiences I've had. I cannot recommend staying here even if it is last minute. System needs to be updated or this hotel should be a Motel And off Wyndham property list. $104 after taxes is absurd.

The room was nasty. Dirt on the wall that I cleaned off. Dirt on the floor that I cleaned off. Smelled like marijuana. The plug ins were not flush with the wall, crooked and stuck out like they had been worked on and couldn’t fit back in their spot so they just filled in the gap. Even the ceiling was stained. The refrigerator had not been cleaned thoroughly. The sheets seemed clean but the top comforter was not, had to take that off the bed. Toilet was stained. White patches on the wall from fixing holes that were never painted over. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not worth $20 a night. WiFi didn’t work and the tv did not work at all. Did not bother calling the front desk because if that’s the kind of rooms they put people in, they do not care.

Pool was closed, staff was nice and helpful they let us leave a day early when we had a emergency and had to leave. Good price for what you get. Everything worked well in the room and great location. I definitely would stay there again.

The room stunk like weed. A mariachi enthusiast was rocking out upstairs till I fell asleep and the toilet seat wasn’t even bolted down. But a room was available for one night on short notice and it was close to my work.

AC worked well. Bed slept good. I asked for a non smoking room. At the door of the room was a stairs with a bucket filled with sand for cigarette butts. People smoked in front of the room. When entering the room we could immediately smell smoke. The smoke alarm was disconnected and placed in the nightstand. There was also cigarette burns on the bathtub. The ceiling had several water stains from a leaking roof. The light fixture at the desk did not have a light bulb. The entire property was trashy. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. As a customer, I expect to get what I book, a non smoking room. Hotels should have a punch list and correct what needs to be repaired in rooms.

Electrical issues NEED addressed immediately, as there are serious safety concerns. This what brought to the manager, who showed little interest. So, daily cleaning of rooms was fine. They did good work.

And the staff, what is extremely rude. Check out time is at 11. They was trying to get you out before that. And wanted you to leave your dough open when it got close to eleven

The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon.
