Left due to unsanitary conditions and was told no refunds. Exposed wire, a/c did not work, dirty, bugs. We went to another hotel in less than an hour of being there.

There were noisy people nearby, but everything else was quite good.

Rooms weren't cleaned at all bathrooms it needed everything definitely won't book here again pool look like a pond

I had a bag with about $500 worth of stuff. Supposedly they have cameras but I can’t reach them

Everything was decent. Building was old but location and price were great. Staff was helpful and very friendly

Some of the guest were not good. But that had nothing to do with staff. Staff was great.

Nothing this room was supposed to be non-smoking? And when I came in, it wreaked of smoke, it kept waking us up.The alarm was going off.Front desk never came to find out what the issue was This room was full of smoke. There were guys that seemed to be on drugs or trying to traffic people in this particular area. The hotel staff had taken the phone out of the room. Smoke alarm went off for about 2 hours. No one came to aid, I had to leave the room at 2 AM. Because I felt that I was in danger

Nice bed and spacious room! They had leftover food in the fridge and drawers that wasnt cleaned up!

It’s a decent location right by the highway The bathroom floor and shower weren't as clean as they could’ve been. Room service came into the room 30 minutes before check out.

I didn't have breakfast but the location was good The rooms wasn't cleaned properly

Tub was horrible and not clean. Bed pillows and comforter didn't seem like it was clean.

Location Saw roaches in the room. Towel looked like the weren’t washed. Didn’t feel like a safe environment

It was very close to everything for a good rate! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean :) The floors looked and feeler like they weren’t mopped at all, I had to mop them with a wet towel, underneath the bed was dirty and the fridge still had food in it from the other tenants.
