Absolutely lovely clean and well located hotel. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was fresh and the staff serving breakfast were so upbeat and polite. The rooms are massive and have a kitchenette area and small sofa. Beds are super king size and very comfy.

From the staff to the room and breakfast. And the location is so convenient since there’s a shopping plaza that’s a 5 minute walk.

Location was outstanding It appears that the company cut major corners on this new build... I've stayed at several other locations and this is the worst one even more so considering it's newly constructed... 1) When I arrived at 3pm for check-in my room was NOT ready and was offered a different room of my original choice and was forced to wait a considerable amount of time while more than 8-14 people check in prior to finally being advised that they have the room ready... 2) This location doesn't seem to have the option to choose King apartment style suite that actually have the bedroom door separate from the rest of the room... 3) The bedding was absolutely HORRIBLE:The bed sits too low to as if you're a 3 year old getting into the bed, pillows are way too small and too soft, Mattress is of very cheap quality.... 4) Coffee maker is very low quality and isn't up to the standard of the Hotel reputation 5) When first entered into the restroom inside the room there were used wash cloths hanging over the shower rod??this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! 6) AND I PAID $400 FOR THIS AT A BRAND NEW UPSCALE HOTEL... IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 7) The Breakfast menu was a joke as well. Never again at this location

It is a new build with brand new amenities & friendly staff. The constant humming from the AC.

Breakfast was okay. Grandkids loved the waffles. Not so keen on the soft taco bar.

How big the rooms are in how much room you have in the bathroom. Everything was clean and up to par. I would stay at this location again N/A

Same with the guests, everyone just seems genuinely happy. The only issue we had was with the A/C I. The room. It seemed to have a hard time kicking on during the night and it was very hot in the room until we would wake to and readjust the thermostat.

Our bed and pillows were so comfortable. Thank you Rochelle for granting my request for the extra pillows. For I truly needed them. We would stay at this hotel again. 😊
