Had trouble using the key cards to get in room. Also, could not get back in from pool area. Key would not work

The staff was was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect! The smell of the hotel was very unpleasant. It smelt very musty and unclean.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was nice, the ac worked great. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

We requested a refund, which was approved, and we appreciated that. The hotel itself appeared clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the odor was a major issue for us and ultimately made our stay impossible.

Clean room, staff friendly, WiFi good and nice hot BF. We only stayed the night we are still traveling to our final destination

Everyone we spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean, and during our two night stay housekeeping came by twice. I was beyond impressed. The pool did have stuff at the bottom, but everything else was extremely well maintained.
