The quite ness of the hotel. No Free breakfast.

The rooms were clean and I even forgot a toothbrush and they were on it before I got my evening dessert. They do a fabulous job of decorating for the Halloween holiday it looked amazing and puts you in a feel good mood the moment you walk in, definitely stay you won’t be disappointed

Hotel is very conveniently located in a nice area with many restaurants and close to the interstate. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Overall, my hotel stay was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed to learn that complimentary breakfast was not included with my stay at the Holiday Inn. Breakfast was available, but only for an additional charge. As someone who travels frequently, I have found that most hotels offer some form of complimentary breakfast, which I believe adds value and convenience for guests.

This was if not the best hotel I’ve slept at, everything was great, the room was spacious and clean, the Amenities were great, the hotel staff was great, I have no complaints at all….. Keep up the good work, when I return in a few months I will be lodging with the Holliday inn hotel in Covington LA off of 190

The location Room 515 had a lot of bed bugs on the bed.

Stayed three nights. Everything was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed having a few drinks in the lounge. I strongly recommend this hotel and plan to return in the future.

The location was perfect...... surrounded by good restaurants and stores to purchase most of my needs. Far away from the main road for quiet, easy rest at night, and comfortable bed

Charged 17 for breakfast on the app get to hotel it was 10. Breakfast was not good at all horrible setup. Other than that room wasn’t bad. Pool was nasty and not taken care of

The bathroom was dirty there was an old soap bar used in the tub and the tub was dirty you can tell that they did not bother to clean the bathtub I had to shower with my sandals on.

My only complaint was the carpet in the room. While everything appeared clean, the carpet felt a bit grimy underfoot, almost like it could use replacing. I’d recommend wearing socks or shoes while walking around the room. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent customer service and cleanliness made for a very enjoyable visit.

The desk host needs training on how to make guests feel welcome and valued. The room's a/c unit was moderately noisy and the hallway was hot/not air conditioned. Since breakfast is not included, coffee should be available at all times.
