It was very clean and staff was great

The shower only had scalding hot water, no cold or cool water. I reported it but the maintenance man said he couldn't fix it. The door didn't close properly unless you really slammed it and sometimes it was impossible to close the door from outside the room. The room is not serviced often and not well when it is. The cleaning staff barely do more than empty the trash, but leave trash on the floor. After my room was serviced, my door was not closed. I was out all day and when I returned, I only had to push the door opened. It was not locked or closed all the way because of the faulty door handle. I had several thousand dollars in my room. This hotel used to be very nice but it is really run down now. You expect a certain level of quality from a Marriott Courtyard hotel, and this does not meet those expectations on any level. There are many other, newer, nicer hotels in this same area. Choose one of them. Avoid this hotel.

I immediately smelled the moldy carpets when I walked inside the door. The hallways and lobby were very humid (maybe from the indoor pool attached at the lobby?) The elevators were broken. I booked another hotel immediately. This hotel is O L D!

Elevator was out at check in on Friday and remained out for the duration of our stay until check out on Sunday. Pretty surprising and dissappointing that it was not fixed while we were there.

The property was clean and having a balcony was nice. It is an older and outdated hotel with no frills at all. The thing to know is they are pet friendly however it was a $120 for our very small dog to stay one night. That is not a deposit or a typo. Honestly outrageous.

So, I forgot the nice lady who checked me in on arrival but she was really nice. Despite her being nice I absolutely did not appreciate the fact that the key card system in the hotel went down and I was unable to get into the hotel. The first time I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to let me in, I then decided to go get food since it was so late and I was standing outside alone in a foreign place. Then when I came back it took almost 15 minutes for somebody to let me in to the hotel. My room door was unlocked and left opened with a latch m; which honestly left me feeling eerie about the stay since that is not the safest thing to do. The comforter was dirty and the toilet did not flush properly. The internet and tv kept cutting out. I would not recommend and I am not happy at all about my stay.

Room was functional, hair in tub, toilet seat up. We used as crash pad while traveling from Texas to Alabama…location was great with good food options. Probably would not stay there again for the $.

Friendly staff

Property is in serious need of remodel. Main lobby area was ok but our room was run down with cracks in ceiling and stained toilet. My sister was next door and her room never got serviced and there was smoked joint on her patio. Unacceptable. Thankfully we were on the first floor because they had sign posted that elevator was not working. Some in our party had ac issues on the higher floors. Two medium coffees will cost you $10. Front desk staff was rude. Will never stay here again.

Shanda and all the staff in the coffee shop were great. They were a big part of a perfect trip.

The heating element in the pool was broke the elevators were being repaired, other than that of having to climb stairs and swim cold the hotel stay was magnificent the staff was absolutely amazing

Staff were really nice. Hotel was clean.

Elevator broke
-
Well there’s not a microwave in the rooms and the elevator broke my first night there and I was on the 3rd floor so that wasn’t very convenient
-
The Courtyard was very easy to get to. Upon entering, we were greeted by the person at the front desk and check in was very quick. Our room was clean, the only two issues were only one small trash can in the main room (bathroom also had main) & no Wi-Fi. We did enjoy our stay over all

Location and convenience via car. Elevator broke, amenities were non-existent for the price. I realize it was graduation weekend, so the prices jumped up as a result, but this courtyard under achieves.

The room was nice and big. The elevator was down and the rest was just blah

The staff was excellent.
