Clothes washing machines were all broken. Ice makers on floor 2 and 3 were broken.

I booked a studio on the first night because it was just me and then the second night booked a two bedroom suite because my spouse and kids were staying that night. Saved me money not booking the two bedroom

Clean room with super friendly staff. Convenient location right next to the interstate for Madisonville and Mandeville, but also for Covington to the north and the Causeway to the south which of course takes you to Metairie, Kenner (The airport), and New Orleans in 30-40 minutes.

Location and pet friendly The a/c was extremely loud, almost like a wind turbine, no exaggeration. The room was not as clean as when I have stayed in the past. A lot of dust in the shelving.

The suite was nice. I liked having a place to go while my husband sleeps late. Upon arrival we were not greeted and when the young lady did appear she didn't smile. She couldn't find my reservation even though I was showing her my email with the address. She told me i must be at the courtyard just across the street. It was not just across the street and in the dark, the signage was terrible. Thank goodness the two people that greeted me at the courtyard, once we found it, were very kind and helpful. They made a phone call, something the girl at the residence inn said wouldn't help, and sent me back. Apparently, my reservation was under Ward Lisa. The whole situation was unnecessary, especially when you are shown an email. It was very strange. The rest of the people working at the desk and everywhere else were very friendly and helpful. In the room the ac didn't cool the bedroom like the rest of the suite. It was warm and made it difficult to sleep.

Perfect long term hotel. Tucked in behind trees away from the hustle of Hwy 190. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Truly welcoming atmosphere.
