Location was great The outside of the building is filthy and needs repairs

The rest of the people working at the desk and everywhere else were very friendly and helpful. In the room the ac didn't cool the bedroom like the rest of the suite. It was warm and made it difficult to sleep.

Perfect long term hotel. Tucked in behind trees away from the hustle of Hwy 190. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Truly welcoming atmosphere.

The room was very spacious and the staff were phenomenal The pool was kind of small and our fridge in the room was leaking.

The location was great, staff were kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The air conditioner was so incredibly loud. I felt like I was sleeping on a runway at times!

I came in when Amanda was working the front desk. Amanda was by far the best welcoming experience I've encountered in a hotel. I have traveled all over Asia, some of Europe and the US. I can't tell you how genuinely warm and welcoming Amanda was but it also came across as entirely authentic. I even thought I'd love to have her work for my company. People like her make the tiring part of traveling so worth it for just a few moments of above and beyond kindness. Thank you. Will stay here again if my travels bring me back.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful from the time that we checked in until the time that we left. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that we had a lot of luggage because there was four of us and two rooms and I could not get anything to bring my luggage up to my room. We had to carry everything up and then carry everything back to our car which we had more stuff being it was Mardi Gras and we shocked a lot I think they should really have one of the things that you put your clothes and suitcases on to bring up to the room I was told by the night staff that they only had a couple and people probably kept it in their rooms I don't understand that it's a Marriott you should be able to have that for your guests.

A highlight of our stay was excellent staff. Amanda was very welcoming and helpful. Gwen and Nikie always provided a great breakfast and morning cheer.
