SureStay Plus by Best Western Covington

Just needs some tlc and some upgrades.

Hotel bathroom door was broken, front desk was no help. Asked to check out early and was told because I booked third party there was nothing they could do while also ignoring any phone calls to their front desk. This is a motel and not a hotel after not having any pictures of the outside of the motel. Horrible experience do not book here.

Room was not clean floors were sticky and dirty. Sheets weren’t very clean. And stuff left all over from the people before us.

Quiet overall nice place and very comfortable. Definitely worth the stay. I would highly recommend.

Uncomfortable beds, broken shower walls, prostitute tried to soliciting me outside of my room. Probably one of the worst stays I have ever had and I stay in a lot of hotels for my job. Will never stay here again.

If I had an option I would not have stayed here. This hotel has seen a major decline!!. I stayed here maybe 3 or 4 years ago, and it was much nicer. I dont know what has happened, but they should just close this hotel. Rooms are falling apart, the towels they gave us, were yellow and badly stained, there was a roach in our room, door frames, windows are rusty. Just do yourself a favor, and find some place else. Literally got the "ick" just walking into the to room.

Nothing was likable No lights In The hallway very dark could not see where your going, no elevator no luggage carts, parking is absolutely horrible, one glass shower door missing water all over floor almost fell. Had to park in Waffle House parking with my truck trailer no parking at hotel for guest to park there vehicles, had to walk through muddy woods to get to my car in the pouring rain . Open plumbing next to toilet Took 100.00 for a damage deposit and takes 5 days to get it returned. Never will I stay here again.

There was NO way I we could stay there let alone eat there. Upon walking into the hotel was a man sitting in the lobby on the sofa barefooted picking his toes. HE WAS THE MANAGER!!! He and his daughter just watched us check in. A lady “SARAH” checked us in. Entering the room was HORRIBLE at best. The smell got caught in my throat. The bathroom had a FILTHY toilet with BLACK MOLD. And a ring of filth at the water line. At the ceiling above the tub was black mold. I ran to the office to get someone. All three came back with me. Sarah, the manager in flip flops and his daughter. Opening the fridge was more stench. It hadn’t been cleaned in God knows when. Daughter said her Mom did the cleaning but QUOTE “she’s short and couldn’t reach the top of the shower “. They tried to show us 2 more rooms but they were just as bad. There was NO WAY my wife and I could or would stay in those conditions. We were in such a rush to leave my wife tripped on the parking barrier outside. Sarah offered some ice to put on it but we left and wanted no part of SURESTAY. Now it seems as though they want to charge us for the room. THIS will not happen as we DID NOT STAY THERE THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. Had we not been exhausted from driving, I would have called the police and reported this place to the Board of Health. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Need I say more?

There was NO BREAKFAST...AND THE JUICE WAS WATERED DOWN..THE CEREAL THAT WAS LEFT WAS SO STALE IT HAD TO BE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OLD I went to the front desk to ask if more breakfast going to be put out but there was none there..I used the phone on the wall to call and knocked on the office doors to no avail. .....terrrible.

The question is what did I like and the answer is NOTHING! Hands down the worst motel experience ever!! Simply put... EVERYTHING
