SureStay Plus by Best Western Covington

The staff were so friendly though! I couldn't have asked for more attentive staff - that they had! They are extremely short-staffed and doing all they can. Quite frankly, Best Western needs to offer assistance to bring it up to their standards because I will never stay in another BW again after this.

The facility was clean and pretty much taken care of. It needs some maintenance around the facility as there was holes in the blacktop that could really do some damage to your car if you hit them or twist a ankleif you stepped in them. My room needed the ceiling painted as there was old mold spots above the a/c, our headboard was missing but the brackets were not, which was very dangerous. When I took our dog for a walk in the dog area, the trash can for the dog waste was overflowing, and the doggy bag container was empty. The staff was very nice and helpful. Since we was staying for three days we needed a couple extra things and the staff was very helpful and obliging.

I do not recommend! My family and I had a hard time getting clean towels.

Room was not very clean. Mold on the lamp shades. Tub was dirty. Had a mildew smell to the room.

It was the worst place I have ever been to. I immediately contacted Hotels.com and took photos of the horrible condition of the room. I asked for a refund and was not given one. I had driven 8 hours and wanted to rest. I slept on top of the covers side ways because there were rusted metal brackets sticking out the wall above the bed. There was rust in the tub and mold in the ceiling. On your website it it shown as a good hotel, that is a joke.

The stairwell outside smelled like urine; I have stayed there multiple times and last night was the worst EVER. The people that checked in the room next door, HOURS after we checked in our room, were LOUD, screaming at their kids ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, Kids screaming all night, running & screaming in front of our door ALL HOURS. I had finally had enough & called front desk at 1am & he asked if I wanted to be moved to another room. I said we were already in bed; he should have moved the room that was causing the disturbance. He said he would call them & ask them to keep it down, to which it only lasted about 20 minutes. I will be addressing this with the manager/owner

Air conditioning so noisy that it felt like having someone power washing inside the room. Bedding with holes, broken windows. The hair dryer wasn’t working, no choice at breakfast

It's a great location around many amenities, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Location. Was ok. We woke up to roaches crawling on us. There was a lizard on the wall and bathrooms were disgusting. No help at the front desk and no breakfast, don't think we would have eaten after the experience. We left at 6:30 because my baby was so traumatized by the bugs on her.

Despite not being a smoking room, the room smelled of mustiness and cigarette smoke. It was not very clean, especially the bathroom. Not very well maintained. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but there was not much to save.

We reserved a room with one queen bed. Got a room with two. One bed had sheets that were dirty (stained). There was a dirty sock left behind the bathroom door. The shower/tub was not clean - had mold. No face plate on a couple of outlets. Exposed drywall on one wall. Told the customer service person at check out and they had no response.

the parking lot was rutted and pretty much reflected the all over state of the hotel. Our air conditioner rattled like there was a plastic bag in the blower. Zero sleep because of that. The room was dark and had dim lighting. It was very damp. The tub was in bad shape and the towels were old and stained. The ice machine didn't work and the lobby bathroom had a toilet out of order. I wanted to work out in the fitness room but the smell of mold was unbearable. The, so called, breakfast room was FILTHY!......it looked the same in the morning as it did when I looked in there the night before......dirty used cups laying around, food on the floor and nothing stocked. I was concerned that the milk had been sitting around all night. My needs are simple but cleanliness is a must! There's a lot of competition out there........they better get their act together! I will not stay there again.

It was horrible. Soon as I walked in the room it smelled like Mildew. The tub was dirty, the air was on 72 and still very hot. The furniture were old and damaged. After all that I turned around and left. Just so another family were leaving due to the same reason. I feel as though some upgrading need to be done. The only good thing were, I was refunded.

Location 2 ice machines didn't work, not enough coffee in room, phone didn't work, tv remote didn't work properly, staff not readily available.
