Nothing was likable No lights In The hallway very dark could not see where your going, no elevator no luggage carts, parking is absolutely horrible, one glass shower door missing water all over floor almost fell. Had to park in Waffle House parking with my truck trailer no parking at hotel for guest to park there vehicles, had to walk through muddy woods to get to my car in the pouring rain . Open plumbing next to toilet Took 100.00 for a damage deposit and takes 5 days to get it returned. Never will I stay here again.

There was NO way I we could stay there let alone eat there. Upon walking into the hotel was a man sitting in the lobby on the sofa barefooted picking his toes. HE WAS THE MANAGER!!! He and his daughter just watched us check in. A lady “SARAH” checked us in. Entering the room was HORRIBLE at best. The smell got caught in my throat. The bathroom had a FILTHY toilet with BLACK MOLD. And a ring of filth at the water line. At the ceiling above the tub was black mold. I ran to the office to get someone. All three came back with me. Sarah, the manager in flip flops and his daughter. Opening the fridge was more stench. It hadn’t been cleaned in God knows when. Daughter said her Mom did the cleaning but QUOTE “she’s short and couldn’t reach the top of the shower “. They tried to show us 2 more rooms but they were just as bad. There was NO WAY my wife and I could or would stay in those conditions. We were in such a rush to leave my wife tripped on the parking barrier outside. Sarah offered some ice to put on it but we left and wanted no part of SURESTAY. Now it seems as though they want to charge us for the room. THIS will not happen as we DID NOT STAY THERE THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. Had we not been exhausted from driving, I would have called the police and reported this place to the Board of Health. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Need I say more?

There was NO BREAKFAST...AND THE JUICE WAS WATERED DOWN..THE CEREAL THAT WAS LEFT WAS SO STALE IT HAD TO BE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OLD I went to the front desk to ask if more breakfast going to be put out but there was none there..I used the phone on the wall to call and knocked on the office doors to no avail. .....terrrible.

The question is what did I like and the answer is NOTHING! Hands down the worst motel experience ever!! Simply put... EVERYTHING

Location is reasonable but not in top shape as it was a few years ago. Also, the neighborhood now feels like a roadside/highway motel.

Passable

It was in a good location, walking distance to food close to everything. The day was nice. The room was nice. The amenities were nice. I have no complaints..

Noisy a/c

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Not a clean facility. Room needed to be cleaned before I could stay. Bed was alright.

Air conditioning had water leaking and had trouble flushing toilet and room phone was not working. Front desk person was very helpful and changed us to new room. Hotel needs proper maintenance and renovation.

Pleasant

Pool was open and dirty the parking smelled like puke. The ac made a lot of noise.

The property was OK. The room was all right. Bedsheets were a little stained other than that. It was fine.
