The manager was extremely rude he threatened to call the police because my 45 year old girlfriend did not have ID, I booked the room online and put 2 people so I don’t know what the problem was, he didn’t want to give me a refund when I said I didn’t want to stay, the place was so rundown and disgusting looking. The a/c didn’t work in the room and the rooms smelled so bad. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody. And the manager/owner is the stereotypical Indian immigrant. Talked to me like I was beneath him

The room had yellow sheets and there were cockroaches on the floor; everything looked incredibly dirty and the service was terrible. I had to wait 45 minutes to check in because the receptionist wasn't at her desk.

The room and staff was horrible. I had an ESA dog that he didn't want my dog to stay in the room alone while I was gone. I had to call animal control because he said he would call them to come pick up my dog. There were only 3 channels on the TV and they didn't even work. Horrible stay I have ever had!!

Everything was the worst from the people that work here to the people that stay here. And the room had numbers holes in the wall to a broken bed I got no sleep left early for breakfast left a few things in the room called in at 9am and told them I'd be back for my things before 11am check out and low and behold they went in my room took my things and cleaned the room. They gave me a few things and had to look for the rest because they stole them Everything it's scary here
