Best Western Plus Deer Park Hotel & Suites

Room was fine. Property outside seemed a bit run down. Breakfast wasn’t so good. Fake eggs were terrible.

I called and let them know I was going to be a late check and they were very helpful when my family I arrived unlike other places the staff is horrible when you are late but this staff was helpful and appreciated. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well and the fridge worked. I definitely will stay again on way through again next time

Only challenge we had was communication with the staff. Small language barrier but we got through it.

Clean room, spacious, convenient. And our dog with us and it was easy getting everything situated.

They have incredible mattresses and you really take care of the property and the rooms.

My stay was ok until the morning cook burnt something in the kitchen setting off the fire alarm and evacuating the whole building at 5:30 am. It was an un pleasant wake up call and very stressful to say the least. There were no apologies or offers of discounts mentioned.

Outside yard upkeep is in a shambles but the room was very clean and comfortable

Room and property were great and clean. Pool was a bit dirty, so we didn’t swim. Overall, very clean room and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good,even had omelets. Clean and centrally located. Only problem i asked for room service they only made up one bed instead of both.

Breakfast was well laid out but lacking in nutrition. Mostly carbs. The sausage patties were just splatted cooked pork slime. No eggs were included.

Decent value due to nice original quality level, but slightly rundown (no hot water at night, slow vanity drain, broken hand held shower mount), but especially would not attempt to eat breakfast there: Waffles are elastic food like substance, as was 'french' toast...Orange juice just came out as yellow water, Coffee good, but unattended, not hot, and dark roast empty. Decent powdered eggs and sausage. Bed was good, pillows and blankets great. Big TV with great program selection. Higher class immigrant owners difficult to communicate with, maybe just need more time to enculturate. Will try one of the other nearby hotels next time. Overall 'B' rating.

Two families had to wait 45 minutes before there was a person at the desk to check in. We had both arrived at ~9pm.

A good place to stay after a long drive. Quiet and close to areas of interest.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very patient when I lost my key in my room. Quiet location. Excellent breakfast. I didn't notice til checkout that the gym was across the street. I would've liked to use it, but not a commercial gym on another property. Not a big deal for a one-night stay.

Such an affordable option for the high quality that it was.

This property was clean and quiet despite being right next to the freeway. The room was nicely updated, and the grounds were well manicured. The pool area was surrounded by plants and flowers. There was a large area to park our truck and trailer.
