Staff was confused about my reservation upon arrival. Muttered a few things to themselves and then got me a room. Only hotel I have ever stayed at in my life that did not ask for a THING at check-in. No credit card, no ID, no vehicle info. I didn’t complain, but very odd. Place is odd, sorta empty, doors are super loud, old and needs updating, odd smell. Clean enough for one night.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The property inside and out was nicely maintained. There is plenty of parking. I would stay on the second floor next time, as cars can park very close to the windows/building on the first floor. I would suggest a second chair in the king room. There was not a comfortable chair in the room-only one was the desk chair. The eating area was well stocked and staff person (gentleman) very nice.

Filled the bill for a business traveler

This is an older hotel that needs some TLC. The lady that maintained the breakfast was super nice and on top of things. The pool needs completely restored. We asked for the towels and trash to be picked up daily, but it only happened on the 3rd "scheduled" day even though we were told they would do it. The peep hole was broken so we couldn't see out and the entry door wouldn't latch so it wasn't secure.

The place was filthy. My first 2 rooms smelled terrible, the 3rd was a little better. I would have switch hotels if there were any available. Diane at the front desk was great, but that hotel was aweful.

Very strange motel, no elevator, appeared run down with some broken furniture in the room and trash from the last visitor.

I have asthma and the chlorine pool smell inside the common area bothered me. Also, while eating breakfast, staff mopped the floors with bleach/ammonia, which caused a coughing attack - I had to leave breakfast - wish they'd clean while we are not eating. Last, the room smelled musty and again, bothered my asthma. If you are not bothered by smells / asthma - it's a good place to stay. Just did not work for me.

There is no elevator. It’s hard to get to the rooms on the second floor if you’re disabled.

Clean hotel, but older. The rooms were okay, but in need of some repair. Several lights didn't work, the AC couldn't cool the room, and the toilet had a minor leak. The other room our party rented was in better condition and only had a minor issue with the shower handle. The biggest disappointment was the pool being down for maintenance. It was quite literally the only reason we booked here and to not have some type of notification available online for guests was pretty disheartening after a long road trip. The breakfast bar was okay.

Back door for entering was not locked. Trash outside full and overflowing. Grounds in the side and rear were not maintained and trashy. Checked in and staff was not friendly but rather hateful. Room and Lobby were clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Booked for the pool in July and the pool and hot tub was not in working condition.

This hotel is very run down. Wires hanging all over the hall ways. Wall paper bubbling and falling off the walls everywhere, broken tiles in showers. Very un pleasant smell through out the hotel and my room especially smelled of cat poop. Couldn’t wait to leave this establishment and will not return.

Exceptionally long walk from the door to the room. Few restaurant choices within walking distance -- only one a mile away
