After returning from an external event, I was surprised that another person was assigned my room. I had only been in the room a few minutes, but fortunately I had locked the door so they couldn't get in with the keycard. The desk had not put me in the system when it came back up, but after they learned of the error, I was assigned the room in their system. It was an odd problem, but it was handled with little inconvenience to me. I was in Craig for my 50th annual high school reunion, and I had been to Craig multiple times in the past, but stayed at multiple other properties. This was the cleanest,best maintained property of any of them. I was pleased with the stay, even though I was at off-property events most of the weekend.

Swimming pool was green in color zero chlorine present! Room had white spots on carpet close to the bed, not sure what it was, could’ve been bleach spots. Definitely felt service was compromised because I was an Expedia customer!! Respectfully Sheli Batson
