Filthy parking lot, trash everywhere. Room was filthy. No smoke detector. AC worked great, that’s the only plus. First time ever that I now won’t trust Expedia. I was horrified when I saw the place and the emptied out dumpster into the parking lot. It was non refundable so I was trapped. Thank goodness my wife wasn’t with me…. Under construction or not, this place should not be open for business.

Clean room plenty of parking

The room was discustingly filthy, the sheets was dirty with food crumbs on it, dirty toilet and the list goes on and on. The lights didn't work, no trash can etc. just awful.

I did not stay here, it appeared to be a wreck of a property

The room was not clean. The property was not taken care of. We left without staying.

The carpet floor appeared to have not been vacuumed for months and the bedding had stains on them. The dive definitely matched the rate.

Very nice hotel! Beats my expectations by far. Staff was very nice. Parking is free too.

stayed there. Grounds were not very tidy. Property has a long way to go to be properly fixed up.

1. The rooms say no smoking but are completely full of smoke. The mattresses have bodily fluid stains all over them. The chair and carpet is stained. 2. The bathroom had human facies all over the walls around the toilet. 3. The leg on one of the double beds was broken off and under the bed. 4. There was rotten meat in our fridge when we opened it. We returned the meat to the counter when we checked out. 5. Our toilet didn't flush. When we investigated we could see it had been repaired with PVC pipe and fishing line. 6. There was trash piled in both stairwells (I don't mean a little, it was PILED). 7. My father who was traveling with us got either a rash or a parasite (we are now waiting to find out) so we can report what it is to the health department. We tried staying here one night out of our trip because we got to town very late but just couldn't gag it. Ended up leaving.

We arrived at the property Travelers Inn and Suites and nothing was correct with our reservation. It was not a King bed room, not on ground floor, and I don’t know if it was non-smoking. We got key cards and went to our room, passing bags of trash and the stench of urine with broken bottles everywhere. We opened our door and immediately noticed the mirror had handprints and grease marks all over it and the beds had pillows with no pillow cases and blood stains on them, absolutely not!! We could noy stay here! I went to the front desk and gave the keycards back and the front desk manager said he would void out the stay and refund us. Currently disputing with credit card since hotels.com never refunded.

Staff was very courteous. No issues other than AC not functional and Hotel is real run down and off the beaten path. Price was right though.

And another thing the inside of the office was a mess, as was the outside. They seem to be trying to give it a face lift but the place needs to be razed to the ground, and built anew. It’s definitely a place that I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying. Again, don’t stay here.

Very dirty and not well maintained
-
My recommendation, stay somewhere else in Craig Colorado. You’ll be happier

Nice staff but the room was incredibly dirty. Itchy sheets, sticky surfaces. Hair in sheets and towels. Floor was dirty, and a put a burning smell in the air. Probably one of the grossest places I've stayed.

Next there was no attendant at the front desk for at least 25 minutes, by then the intoxicated woman was an alarm bell that told me that I shouldn’t stay there. So, Expedia tried to get a refund but the hotel refused. It’s definitely a No-tel Motel. And another thing the inside of the office was a mess, as was the outside. They seem to be trying to give it a face lift but the place needs to be razed to the ground, and built anew. Don’t stay here.

No one was around to let me check in. I waited, called the number listed at the front desk, no one came. Room already paid for, couldn't leave. Waited 30 minutes. There was a painter there who unlocked a room with a master key after showing him my confirmation. Sat in the room, couldn't leave to get dinner, no key to get back in. Apparently someone showed up around 10:30, I saw their car where the manager parks, but no contact. I was ready for bed, still waited for a knock....nothing. Complained the next morning, but the person at the desk had no idea what was going on. No apology or acknowledgement that they screwed up. The TV didn't even work right. Terrible place.

The check-in was extremely difficult! The lady was unfriendly or not able to communicate. The property had random stuff all over it. A blanket on the stairs. It was not clean. The room was less than properly cleaned. Dirt in the bathtub and on the tile. The air conditioner didn’t work and windows didn’t open. Light switches didn’t turn anything on.
