Baymont by Wyndham Crossville

Sheets had brown stains, chunks of drywall and paint missing on some room walls, and generally unhygenic conditons. Additionally, staff refused to issue refund even though I occupied the room approximately five minutes of a three day paid for room.

I paid a lot of money ($460 for 2 nights) because I wanted a nice place with amenities but that didn't happen. 😞

Nice, clean room

This property does not deserve to have the name Wyndham on their sign. The exterior of the property is unkempt with overgrown landscaping, dead bushes. When you walk in the doors, the rug is dirty. The lobby is filled with dried flowers that have never been dusted and furniture that has poorly fitting slip covers over everything. The breakfast area is carpeted and that carpet is filthy. The breakfast area is separated from the hallway leading to the elevators by live plants that are strung from the ceiling to the top of the counter right next to the food service area. One morning during breakfast service we selected orange juice from the automatic dispenser and found fruit flies swimming in the orange juice. Needless to say, we did not return to the breakfast area during the rest of our stay. The fan in the bathroom ran continuously - did not turn off and was corroded and filthy. The TV is antiquated and the WiFi spotty at best. The property appears to be run by a family who were rarely at the front desk. The property needs to be visited by a Wyndham representative to see the disrepair of the hotel.

The bed and pillows were the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. Everything was a great experience.

As far as a baymont. It was a down grade compare to other baymont I stayed at.

Toilet in room was very very low. For ladies in our mid 70’s it was quite hard to get down low enough to sit down.

The hotel is older and appears to have been poorly maintained.

Where do I start ? Piles of trash accumulated around the whole property. Our room had a dehumidifier in it that didn’t work . I’ve never had a hotel room with a dehumidifier plugged into the wall . The room smells like dog crap . Wet floor . Pool area ceiling was falling down . Hot tub didn’t work . Overall not worth 189.00 a night . No bed bugs so that was a bonus.

Lights were broken and completely coming off wall Bathroom awful

Everything was great, but the AC wouldn't cool the room enough and the pillows had an awful odor to all of them. We would have requested more, but we had a late check in and by the time we laid our heads down, we weren't getting up.

The man at the check in desk, I believe his name was Waun, was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean however, it was dated. Our room was clean but the sheets and towels had some holes in them and the room spelled a bit musty.

Check-in was quick, room was large with one king bed. Frig., Microwave, coffee pot and air conditioner was in working order . The room was clean and the breakfast was just perfect. We met two locals in the town of Crossville and they have stayed there more than once. We recommend this hotel and will be returning.

Decor was old and dingey, room felt dirty, room smelled ofmpld urine and ammonia. When I called to talk with management about canceling my reservation I was hung up on.
