The staff was very nice! The place smelled like mothballs everywhere. The pool definitely could have been cleaner and a little bigger. The bed was absolutely terrible, very hard and uncomfortable. We woke up everyday sore.

Clean room. Minor maintenance needed in 2 areas, which when I checked out, I let front desk know. Appeared someone from previous stay pulled window covering down too far and you couldnt get it to roll back up. Shower curtain rod was loose on both ends causing rod to dip in middle and shower curtain would slide to middle rather than staying closed. Shower water then went on outside of tub. Breakfast was really good.

Perhaps the cleanest room in which I have ever stayed. Plenty of linens too. AC was fabulous! Long day on 127 Yard Sale trip and we walked into a clean cool room - wonderful! Even the little coffee pods we used in the tiny Keurig style pot were better than expected. That was another much appreciated feature. Greatly appreciate finding such a clean, nice room for an affordable price.

Clean room, helpful staff, GREEN ALGAE POOL. Pool maintenance non existent during our 5 day reservation. Pool got greener and greener. My vacation plans centered on pool availability for my family. I used Expedia to locate lodging with pool. If you don’t expect to use a pool, this place is acceptable. If you choose it because of pool, understand that the pool is maintained by an outside contractor who dropped the ball every day of our stay. I left a day early because of this, getting zero offer of compensation from hotel or Expedia.

The breakfast was Great!!! The location was also Great it was next to our room #116!! All of the staff was super nice and very helpful!!! Loved the Big mirror in the bathroom!! We had a very good experience!! Will definitely use you for our next trip to Crossville, TN Thanks!!! I really can't think of anything that we didn't like!!

You get what you pay for. Cheap price, substandard room. This property had high ratings so we were comfortable making a reservation here. Never again! Curtain rod was replaced but is hanging from the wall and where the previous rod and was patched and never painted. Bathmat was dirty, ceiling was dirty-how does THAT happen! Pool out of order for a week…

I loved the space in my room! It was like a small apt! It smelled musty upon entering, due to moist summer air. The pool (sadly) was green so we were unable to use it during our stay. The kitchen light didn't work, but we didn't need it for our short stay. The bath sink counter was glorious! The breakfast was hot and had a variety of foods.
