This hotel has convenient parking and is located near several restaurant. We were visiting the 127 Yardsale and the hotel is right next to many sales. The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. Air conditioning worked but a bit noisy. Our room was not as clean as it should have been and needs remodeling. We had to cancel our first night very last minute because of illness. The hotel issued a refunded without question or hesitation.

The only thing that was good here was the staff! The pictures are NOT what the property looks like at all. Permanent residents were on the balcony grilling so we had to walk by that to get to our first room that smelled. I was very uncomfortable and asked to be moved. ( it was too late for a refund) the second room was better but still not great. The sink was stopped up disgusting. Beds and pillows are not good either. Just bypass this place. I didn't think I was a hotel snob but I realized I am. Read the reviews!!

Way overpriced, no amenities, no elevator to second floor, no breakfast. Balconies clogged with smokers hanging out. Just awful. On our day trip along the U.S. Hwy 127 World's Largest Yard Sale, this was by far our most expensive stay and by far the worst. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. Better off sleeping in your car.

No bedside lamps. Very weird, strangely directed, overly bright LED lights just slapped on the wall. Chair was heavily stained and cigarette burned. Visible dirt particles on the comforter and other surfaces. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Stains on the bathroom wall. Towels were paper thin and had stains on them. One out of three wall sockets functioned. And the cherry on top was the fridge… it didn’t work and smelled like death. I could give some grace if this was a $50 room, but we paid $150. Extremely disappointed.

Old motel had been rode hard and put up wet. Would have been nice to at least have a cup of coffee. What was in the office was cold and had been there a while. It’s a bare bones motel.

Had difficulty getting Wi-Fi and TV was only Roku so I couldn't even get the weather.

Staff was good,The room was clean but it smelled heavy with smoke, the bed was a little hard , vending machine was out of order, but the stay was good for the price

The room was very plain, with no pictures on the wall or any decorations. No one informed us of an ice machine or where to find snacks. The next morning, I arose very early and went in search of some type of breakfast snacks but found nothing that was not inside a pay snack machine except coffee. Upon our departure at around 9:45 am, my wife told me that I had chosen a sorry motel and that we had gotten what we paid for, which was the least expensive motel room in Crossville, Tn. We both agreed that we would never stay at Executive Inn again.
