It was disgusting. The first room they gave us on the top floor wasn’t even clean. The sink was broken food left in the fridge and fridge didn’t even work. The next room was still nasty. The fridge didn’t work good at all. The ac leaked all on the floor which had a musty smell. There was something on my sheets. The bathtub was nasty the shower curtain had something on it. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed it went in the middle so water went every where. The phone didn’t work. The coffee pot was missing a piece so couldn’t make coffee. The ice bucket didn’t have a lid. It was an awful stay.

This hotel was less than clean. Our room stunk so damp yuck. They had an air-conditioning unit with a pail underneath it so I got to listen to that drip all night that was fun. Bathroom door was so filthy and completely corroded. It was disgusting. Shower and cleanliness of the room poor— baseboards hadn’t been cleaned this hotel in 10 years. Pool was closed down. People at the desk tried to make me pay twice, even though I prepaid on Hotels.com. Overall terrible experience absolutely would never ever stay here again.

Guests smoking weed around the property. Nothing to do with the hotel itself.

TV didn’t work, staff came in a couple times the second time it worked for about an hour then no signal again. Was told they were in the process of replacing TVs I. The rooms.

Stayed here many times with my family on trips. Highly recommend it! Convenient to me walkable restaurants and stores. Very clean comfortable quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Great coffee! Definitely plan to stay yet again.

Those house keeping staff was second to none. Friendly, eager to help, Winter , I may have that name wrong. The little blonde who was pregnant . She was an expert of where to go and what to do. If I was a wealthy man I’d have bought her a truck. Rose and I adore the house keeping staff at Red Roof Inn Crossville

When I checked into the hotel, only one of the faucets was connected. I asked for it to be connected. The right faucet was the hot water and the left faucet was cold water. The faucet leaked water onto the floor.

The smell in the rooms wasn’t great. One was overly perfumed and the other smelled moldy. Both rooms had broken bathroom doors. The bathroom door in our room had a broken handle and you had to raise the lid of the toilet to be able to open and close the door fully. Well, not fully because then you were trapped in the bathroom due to the broken door handle. There was a large hole in the ceiling that I think was meant to be covered by the light fixture. Some of the outlets didn’t work.

Both beds were VERY uncomfortable. They were hard and I could feel and hear the springs grinding inside the mattress. There were 2 remote controls and neither one worked well. One was smissing the back of the battery compartment. Both remotes were sticky. There were holes in the shower wall and several other repaired holes in the walls of the sleeping area. There was also some sort of adhesive glue on the wall of the shower.

The room was clean but needed repairs bathroom door knob was smaller than the actual hole door was missing paint and we ran out of toilet paper but the staff was friendly and they are working on the property for a one night stay I would suggest this hotel for price

Beds were not the most comfortable
-
Location Paint was peeling on the restroom door and had stains. Shower curtain was almost falling off, hot water was hard to adjust, there was an attempt to patch a hole behind the entrance door and the desk attendant looked like a homeless person, he was nice but needs a bath and clean looking clothes.
-
Older place but clean rooms, good parking and a very good place for the price.
-
Room was rated fior handicapped but poorly equipped. Also the accessibility was furthest from the front desk and the threshold was difficult to cross with a walker.

The room had been updated and looked nice in bed was comfortable. Pool was not open and breakfast was small, but serve the purpose.😊✝️❤️
