The hallways are not clean. Our room had a loose toilet and we had to walk down to registration 3 different times because our key cards didn’t work.

The room had roaches and it’s quite embarrassing they had trophies in the front for being the best but it was disgusting. The spider webs in the stairways was crazy.

When we checked in the lady that helped us was very friendly. But when we got to our room the room was not cleaned, the beds still had dirty sheets and a qt cup on the desk. We went back to the front desk and the lady gave me another room and one complementary room because I had gotten a room with a fold out bed. We’ll get to the other rooms and they both smell really bad like mildew. Also the hallway carpet was really dirty. AC on the 3rd floor hallway does not work, hint the strong mildew smell. I also forgot to mention when we went downstairs for breakfast juice machine didn’t work, only decaf coffee, and the waffle machine didn’t work either. There was no hot food left, so I had a packet of oatmeal and decaf coffee. Breakfast was from 5 AM to 9 AM. My sister went at 6:30 and I went at 7:30. 😢

Place was nice and clean and the staff were super nice. rooms were clean with enough annemites. didn't have to use my own shampoo, conditioner, body wash as the hotel provided. If ever back that way definitely will book there again

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, but the room was not great. It had a very musty smell, stains on the carpet, dusty lamps and clock and there was quite a bit of dust and debris behind the night stand. The smoke detector was also missing and the wires were hanging out. Breakfast was very average and I had to find napkins for us.

We checked in Friday and were told after we got settled into our room by our friends, not the staff at check in, that there would be no hot water until Sat. This was inconvenient because we were there for a wedding and NEEDED a good shower. 1 night, ok we could deal. Then on Saturday we were told the hot water would not be fixed then either. When we complained, we were told they could give us $14 back for our 2 night stay. Ridiculous. Not only that but our friends didn’t have electricity in their room when they checked in and then it was turned on, the microwave was going with moldy food in it. Our other friends couldn’t straighten her hair bc the breaker kept tripping. Other than ALL OF THAT, the room was clean minus stains on the carpets. Elevators, hallway walls and carpets definitely need updating. Breakfast that was provided was ok. Oh we were also supposed to be charged $65 for our Friday stay but cc was ran for $79 and NOT refunded the lousy $14.
