I had book a week advance,When I get there they tell me they are over book .That my room was canceled.I never received any email.This was very upsetting.

Clean and conveniently located There was an outlet that had a prong broken off and a tile that was cracked and coming un glued.

The manager The mildew and wet carpet, moist sheets. There was no breakfast at 7 am , the floor was not vacuum . The breakfast is for the oil workers not the guest I imagine since there were only waffles at 7 am

Had spider and roach in sink omg beds were decent room had a foul smell like mold when I first came in

A clean, functional place to rest and get cleaned up.

Even though I had issues upon checking in with smoke alarm and television the staff was able to offer an upgraded room and no charge

We booked 5 rooms. 4 of us had significant issues with the condition of our rooms. The staff was incredibly kind. But the hotel is in need of new housekeeping personnel. And the housekeeper shouldn’t show up to the rooms with her dog, who walked straight into the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the staff seemed to be receptive to any request i asked for. It was very clean & its a good price for the amount of space in the room. It has a microwave & a full size fridge.

Everything! Staff was Amazing!!! They had breakfast out early enough so that my brother could eat before going to work. Beautiful City did not want to go home, will most likely come back and visit. Nothing

Room was big AC worked good. Plenty of parking. Clean. Shower flooded bathroom floor. No night light in bathroom. Only 1 lamp for 2 beds.

Excellent service. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Good, secure location. Available breakfast. Wifi. Comfortable bed too. Room was musty but clean. Breakfast had been sitting out for a few hours by the time we ate around 8:00 AM. But the attendant cooked up some fresh scrambled eggs for us. It was all still fine and appreciated.

Property overall was very well staffed, run and maintain especially considering hotel is used for company field workers.

Great breakfast and super clean rooms I will be staying here again

Breakfast was mediocre. I would have preferred eggs and bacon. Regular creamer was not available. The room had an odor, the mattress was uncomfortable, it felt like you would slide off of it. I notice it had two mattresses and a box spring. The sink was not in the bathroom it was in the hallway. It just wasn’t a comfortable stay. The fire alarm was covered with a zip lock bag, and taped with painters tape, and looked as though it had bugs or rat poop.

The breakfast was very nice and location was very good and I would come back.... The check in agent was very nice and knowledgeable of everything and I really enjoyed my stay.... The hotel is clean, parking space was good.... Thank you very much I have no complaints

The room and breakfast was good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only item was the difference in the rate we were charged, spent almost $200.00 more than expected and not able to correct it with the motel. Booking thru a outside vendor can cost more then going directly to the motel. The rate difference and not being able to get re imbursed.
