The staff was friendly and helpful when engaged. However, our room was not cleaned the entire stay (had to request service)...mindful of the property's policy of housekeeping service every other day - yet it never happened across 4days. Property well maintained and near to restaurants & shopping. Stayed there about 3-4 times and would try this property again.

Beds were perfect. Even the pull out couch was soft and good quality. You couldn’t feel bars on the pull out couch like most places. Breakfast was delicious too. Super clean Not applicable

The hotel is in dire need of maintenance and upkeep. It is not clean, the cover and sheets of the pullout sofa smelled terrible and we had to go and get a new one. There was a fork and food remnants under the bed. The pillows were terrible. In general it was not a good stay.

Property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and well stocked with linens. A variety of breakfast items provided. Coffee was hot and fresh each morning.

Location was within minutes of everything...breakfast was good...room pool and facilities very clean I stayed on thec3rd floor...there was a couple dogs in a room down the hall...they barked non stop for over four hours straight...this is the only reason I did not give the place a 10
