Hotel was clean and quiet and excellent for a one night stay on a long drive. Cumberland has many chain restaurant options and the area was generally a good place to stop and stay for a night. Hotel price was great for a suite, and I particularly appreciated the large parking lot.

Great place will stay again. Under some construction but it did not cause any issues. Polite staff. Rooms were great pool and hot tub were very nice.

Very clean rooms. I don’t love any type of carpeting, but they only have it in the bed areas. Without the AC on the room smelled musty, but turn that AC on and it cleared up quickly. The staff at check in and check out were extremely friendly and fun to chat with about the area. Breakfast was nice - lots of options to eat in or grab and go. Didn’t use the amenities, but lots of guests were coming ftom the pool. My only recommendation is to add

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but stocked with postage stamp pillows - bring your own. While breakfast is provided, we declined. Eggs appeared to be made from powdered mix, sausage links were gray as if steam cooked only, muffins were sparse and looked like day old. However, Cracker Barrel is right around the corner. Would still recommend staying here

I chose this hotel because it had the best ratings of all the hotels in the area. Check in/ check out staff was awesome. The carpet in my room was filthy and the floor in the bathroom wasn't clean. I arrived in the middle of the night and had only a few hours to sleep so I didn't complain because I just wanted rest. The beds appeared clean.
