I think this establishment is trying to rebrand, but lots of work still ahead. Comfortable enough for work travels.

My door in room 119 would not lock most of the time. I left and when i got back to the room, i was able to just push my door right open without my key card. The sheets and pillow cases had multiple stains on them and i was stared at by staff when leaving my room all the way down the hallway and then i was stared at while making my Continental breakfast

Literally the smell was awful! It smelled like mold and I found mold on the dresser and carpet. There was also mold on the walls going down the hallway. The ice machine was leaking all over the floor and a rag to dry it up no sign in place stating wet floor!!! Absolutely disgusting and the people(staff) were absolutely awful as well. Calling us liars!!! Well we found plenty of other people saying the same thing about the mold. The fact we didn’t end up staying because I am allergic to mold and who wants to stay in a nasty place like that?! Then none of you wanted to make it right?! Not give me a refund for their nasty habits of not taking care of the place that isn’t mine or any other customers fault besides the property manager!!!!! They deserve to be shut down!!! The fact that you, Expedia don’t want to make it right either is disgusting habits in itself!!!! If that was you and your family members staying, you would make sure you got your refund!!!!! Make it right!!!!!

Room was not clean , hair in the shower , carpets were stained , smelled musty , ended up not staying and lost $ 124 .00 , don’t stay here , you will be disappointed.

If your looking for a place to just get a nights sleep in a pinch the price wasn’t bad & lots of places local . but if your looking for the perfect place to stay for your family vacation memories I’d look elsewhere.

Hotels was bad. Only good point was gentleman at night was very nice.

First the staff was lovely (an especially big shout out to Sandy). Second, a suite does not exist! This was not the hotel’s fault (my husband was there when the staff was on the phone with hotels.com asking them to again fix the incorrect listing and detailing the multiple issues with people arriving who had booked a room they didn’t have) but since I see it still hasn’t been fixed maybe this review will save someone some aggravation. Because we were there over memorial weekend and in town for a big music festival finding an alternative room was not an option. We booked the non existent suite as we were traveling with our daughter who is in a wheelchair and has a number of medical needs that require traveling with a lot of stuff, so the extra room is a necessity, not a luxury. The staff got us into an ADA room and even removed furniture to make the space workable for us. But the hotel itself was not great. The room we wound up with rundown. The sprayer in the shower had a broken base so you could only shower holding it, there was no way to attach it to the wall. Just a general rundown vibe, lots of stains and chipped furniture. Have food allergies so never checked out breakfast but the coffee was good. If the staff decides to open their own hotel I’d definitely give it a shot, but will be looking elsewhere next year.

Very good

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The bedspread had a burn hole in it. The carpet was old, worn, and stained in many places. The towels were very small and thin. The breakfast only included carbs, such as bread, bagels, cereal, and waffles. There was no meat or fruit. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is puzzling to me why the owners don't invest in the hotel to make it nicer.

Dirty, no help with towels and cleaning, very unhelpful. The lady worker was nice but that’s all

This is a dirty hotel that smells like weed. There are no amenities to speak of and there are clearly people living here in long term housing. There are no amenities to speak of, though it does have a bunch of restaurants nearby. It’s cheap for a reason, just know what you are getting into when you stay here. Staff was friendly.

Ease of access, nearby attractions The property as a whole, is not well maintained, as far as housekeeping and janitorial disinfection/deodorization; window washing, etc. I had already left the hotel before seeing this email later. I reported trash in the room left by housekeeping, to front desk.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest.

Great experience with the staff and overall great stay Was a little experience around 2 am that the associate dealt with

Parking was okay , the room smell was horrible, old smoking ?! The elevator smell very bad .
-
The friendliest front desk person I’ve ever dealt with! And the rooms were clean and location of hotel is by a lot of restaurants!
