Best Western Braddock Inn

Breakfast was adequate including make your own waffles. The restaurant next door was excellent and very convenient for dinner after a long travel day.

Great place clean and tidy

Pool smelled like pee. Floors were wet and smelled awful, had big fans running to dry the carpet. Food was bad! Customer service was absolutely horrid! Woman got smart about everything because she had a migraine. Not my fault but she made it everyones problem!!! Don't stay there!

The room was reasonable, not great, the staff at checkin was not responsive, the price I was quoted was $81.00 plus tax, and I was charge $85.00 plus tax, the breakfast was acceptable, not great and the air conditioning was OK not great, as the room felt damp.

The reviews of this place were good so we booked, unfortunately. The place was gross. The halls smelled, the carpets were stained, and the walls were all beat up. The rooms were the same, stuff dripping down the walls, the doors were all splintered. At least the beds were comfy. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, we got there about half an hour before it ended and there was no food left.

Neat, comfy bed, good location, good breakfast included. Beautiful pool with towels and table & chairs. Staff were always nearby and working. Pool is chilly, but that’s just me.

There was fecal and urine stains in the toilet, the room smelled like cigarettes, the floor had food crumbs all over, and every one was loud all night, kids running down the hallway screaming, adults arguing, loud music, doors slamming. It was cheap so i guess thats what you pay for.

Very good

When I left Room wasn’t ready when we got there, and it was past 3:00. We were told she just had to make the bed, she had to do the hole room, there was pubic hair on the walks of the bathroom. The spread on bed was dirty but she made it anyway I asked her to change it. Sheets were never changed they were on there from the night before. Soap in the bathroom was never thrown out from the other people previous to us. I have asthma she sprayed a perfume type spay had an asthma attack. Overall it was very dirty. When she said she wasn’t done yet that meant she was just starting the room I told her to leave after 3:00 we even went outside to sit until she was done which never happened. It was awful to stay there we are not use to staying in hotels hind site we should have gone back to the lobby to complain. When I checked out the person covering the desk didn’t seem to care. I’ll never stay there again.

Clean Wifi not great

The hotel is older. The carpeting in the common areas is worn out. The bedrooms were fine.

It’s located in a nice spot. The room was clean. Extremely outdated. Some of the exterior doors were broken. Vending machine was not operational. Worn and dirty carpet in the hallways and lobby area.

I liked how helpful the staff was and how my kid's and I were comforted with the situation I was in. Being stolen from by the staff being charged a different amount. Illegally charging my card a different amount and then being told by the manager three different amounts and then have all mine in her conversations where she openly admitted to doing something she should not have done. I would personally like to speak to the owner Jay myself. It is being investigated by my bank for fraud

The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel and rooms were clean. The decor is dated, but we kind of liked the vibe of it. My one issue was that the room we stayed in (on the ground floor facing parking lot) was incredibly damp - not just the bathroom, but the entire room. Like the towel in the bathroom won't ever get dry damp. We had the AC on and it was NOT humid outside, nor was it raining, so that wasn't the cause. Not sure what was.

clean, comfortable and relaxing pool was very clean and the over all energy in the place is top tier and makes me want to return staff are the friendliest and this is the second time I've been and will definitely be returning Some wear and tear in our room but that didn't bother me none

Dated and the whole floor smelled like old cigarettes and air fresheners. Definitely needs to be updated but the stay wasn’t bad and staff was really nice.
