I found the room very clean the staff friendly breakfast great and parking a breeze.

Put coffee maker in rooms, I like to have coffee in peace and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Staff was great. Parking lot was nice and clean. Cleanliness of room was not up to standard to us. We’ve stayed and really liked other holiday inn express and suites.

The pool and hot tub and location. The SFG ( suspicious Funkel growth ) mold in the #230 apartment bathroom. Then having 2 visits to our new apartment #212 after being relocated. Once by another person given the same room as us and then by your staff to reassure that we were in the new room. Next it was being locked out of the new apartment because your staff canceled all the keys to the apartment. This was not a very pleasant experience for my family.

The hotel itself is decent for a quick stay in a rural town. The downside though, is waking up to a live bed bug in the bed. I was mortified. The hotel staff did respond swiftly and professionally. They helped me clothes. I threw out the pajamas I wore that night. Of course my main concern is bringing any home. I’m hoping to get the refund they promised me. Be aware and always check your room for unwanted guest.

The breakfast was very good and had alot of choices. The hotel and the rooms are always clean and fresh. The pool and Hot tub are always clean and in good condition. NA

Everything was clean. Pool was awesome. Spa was awesome. Only downside. The beds were terrible hard back pain, neck pain.
